I'm thinking, though, that it'd have more impact if maybe there were some scrolling text at the bottom or something. My personal feeling is that most people (well, maybe unless they're vapers) will get bored with the repetition after a short while . . . having text highlighting some of the facts about e-cigarettes might help to hold attention a bit better.

I agree with Just Julie, but maybe even a bit more info such as an invitation to do some research on the internet or check out the forums would be helpful.

I think whoever edited it did the best they could. To improve it you would need to pass the files on to someone with experience of creating videos for the media.
