Just wondering if those of you who smoke both kinds of cigarettes if your lungs have a hard time adjusting back and forth between the two. I notice that if I smoke either for an extended period and then switch to the other, I hack my guts up on both. I wouldn't think that the ecig vapor would cause much problems...but after a few real cigs the change is pretty noticeable. Maybe it's just my lungs protesting at not having their precious marlboro tar...

I remember the coughing fits, sometimes so bad that I saw spots in front of my eyes and was physically sick!! I'm now breathing better, coughing very little and, for the first time in years, taking some exercise instead of feeling too tired to exercise! I had a minor stroke 2 years ago and have had high blood pressure which requires daily medication. I have noticed a gradual, albeit small, drop in my blood pressure over the last week and I feel much better in myself. First thing in the morning was probably the worst when I would make a coffee and have a roll-up, turning my head from clear to foggy and dull. Now I even feel sharper and more alert.
A few more weeks and I'll be flying around in a green lurex suit with Intellicig Man blazoned across the chest!!
Go on folks, be brave, be strong, be free!!
John.
