Okay, I use the 808ds and I'm a bit confused here.
1) A "cart" is a smaller cartridge for PVs that have an atomizer. A 'carto' is what an 808d has which is a cart+an atomizer.
2) Are you talking about simply refilling the cartos for an 808d with your own juice? If so, you simply use the condom method or the syringe method (search here) and it is very easy. You MAY be confusing the cart filling procedures which involve foam and taking out the stuffing. That's for carts NOT cartos.
3) OR there is a way to gut a carto like you were talking about and use it for dripping. Is that what you mean?
