Well, I'm sure its different for everyone but I for one can tell the difference. I've only been vaping for about a month and have not had an analog free day yet (yesterday I only had one and today so far none) and I can tell a difference.

I dare say you'll be able to tell. Try reading this ( erp can't post link) thread for a good idea of what to expect. (Sorry, I'm too new here to post a direct link but just look or search for that thread.) In the search box type common+symptoms and grab the first thread that comes up.

Very good info there.

Good luck to you.

If you give up, not cut down on tobacco, you will breathe better no matter what. You will cough less, you will not get winded and you will smell better. The problem is quitting. The problem is will power, etc. A percentage of folks lose their taste for tobacco after trying e-smoking. Luckily I am one of these. If that turns out to be you also you will forget about tobacco pretty quickly and completely and you won't need will power to use something that is better and tastier. The trick is, is this you? I don't know, it is not everyone, but if you are one of the lucky ones this problem will be solved. I wish you well, it may be easier than you think.

Don't think of it as having to do one or the other or you may put unneeded stress on yourself and give up. I started with a cheap kit that only gave me one battery (April 30th) and was pleasantly surprised I was able to not smoke analogs as long as I had a charge in my battery. As a 4-5 pack a day smoker for 41 years I was shocked. After getting more batteries (May 18th) and additional e-cigs I eliminated analogs completely, but will NEVER tell myself I cannot have an analog if I really feel I need it. I've been carrying an open pack in my car since I went analog-free. I have 2 unopened packs at home and an unopened carton at my store. Just knowing they are there is enough for me.

VAPE-ON!
