I saw this on Vapor Joes and ebay and it's really tempting. Does anyone know anything about these or SXK in general? I've seen some places that list SXK/Infinite as a manufacturer (not this seller), so I thought maybe it was the same company as Infinite. I haven't seen anything to verify this. Thanks for the help

Infinite is the real deal. They're currently making some of the best mod clones out there. The Tree of Life is particularly awesome.

I'm wondering the same thing. I have been messaging back and forth with an Ebay seller on these that has it listed as SXK as well. He says they are the company that makes them for Infinite. So I'm wondering why if they make them for infinite then why the rebranding and if they make them for infinite they also make them for other companies as well. So whats the difference? I just want to make sure I get an Infinite one, and not some other brand. Color me confused.

I saw a show a few weekends ago. It was about how the scrap metal business is doing so well. Basically because the Chinese are coming here buying scrap metals by the container loads.

To bring this back on topic, these dealers and buyers talked about red copper. From context, it seems that the term was used in reference to scrap that was pure copper as opposed to scrap that was mixed brass, bronze and copper scrap.

Assuming that the term the buyers of raw materials used got assimilated by the factories that use said materials, it's not surprising that they'd describe something made from high quality copper as being red copper.

I also have one on order, Ebay seller says it will ship from China the 5th of May.
Suppose to be low ser. # as well.
What is the difference between copper and RED copper?

I wonder how long it will take to arrive from China? I mean, my Fasttech orders are already so slow by the time my item makes it, it is already on a gen 2 of it!

I had assumed red copper was just that it was the natural copper finish instead of the black coating.

as far as materials goes, nothing, they are one of the same. The name red copper is to differentiate the different Stingray models, atleast the OE from JD Tech:
-Phantom Brass
-Copper Black
-Copper Red
-Phantom Brass 2014

I ordered one of the copper/red Stingrays from eBay and received a message that included this statement:

"The manufacturer had made adjustments because of the issues that happened with the Black Copper Stingray they had to fix because of some minor problems, which caused them to delay production in the Red/Copper Stingray."

So, this is apparently the reason for the delay and hopefully the new ones will be problem free. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
