UPDATE: THE SALES MANAGER OF SHENXINGKANG TECH (SXK) HAS TOLD ME THAT PRODUCT IS NOT THEIRS. THEY DO MAKE THE 454 BUT THEY DONT HAVE THOSE BURR MARKS NOR DO THEY USE THAT BROWN BOX.

Hi guys, I just received my supposed "SXK" 454 from this ebay seller Copper 454 Big Block Atomizer 18650 RDA Clone by SXK SS in Stock US Seller | eBay

And it is not from SXK. He is using SXKs name of making quality products to sell low priced crappy quality SeedTechs manufacturer clones.

Heres the .... quality and different packaging.

SXK uses the same box infinite does without the infinite logo. SXK is the manufacturer of Infinite.

I just bought an Infinite mech from a different seller and recived a different clone myself.

I've always worried about paying for an authentic and getting a clone. Now we have to worry about buying clones and getting lessor clones.

Its the scumbag sellers/vendors that try to scam us ruining other peoples reputations

My first stop would be here. Ebay seems to be strict on knockoffs and misrepresentation. You can help to work the guy out of business on Ebay.

eBay Money Back Guarantee

EBAY IS ON IT
While we’re working on your case, here’s some helpful information

What’s covered by the eBay Money Back Guarantee?
The eBay Money Back Guarantee protects you in case you do not receive your item, or if the item is not as described in the listing. It covers purchases that are usually sent by mail; vehicles, real estate, websites and businesses for sale, classified ads, and services are not covered. Some business equipment categories are also excluded—though they may be covered by the eBay Business Equipment Purchase Protection. For the complete details, see the eBay Money Back Guarantee policy.

I reported mine. All ebay did was tell me I could return it at my expense for a refund. Someone else here also got one that day from the same guy, advertised as an Infinite and it wasn't.

So, yes, be careful, even on the clones! I had this idea that I wouldn't get cheated buying a clone, but not all clones are created equal. And there's so many that yep, buy a $40 clone and the seller sends you a $20 one instead.

I'm a fan of Amazon's return policy. They are quick to respond and send you a pre-paid return label in email to print and put on the package. No cost to you.

On Ebay, you do have to contact the seller and deal with them first. I just bought a new carburetor from Ebay for my generator and may have to return it. It's running rich and surging with no mixture adjustment screws by design. I still have a 60 day return policy in writing from the vendor, though.

I do have to say, there's a lot of scamming in the e cig market.

I had this bad ebay experience. The seller had a good rep, and a lot of feedback.

I bought a Taifun GT on the classies here. Was supposed include the extra o rings, air tubes and box. Arrived with none of those and a torn o ring. He offered a partial refund and never did. Asked me to wait a few days saying he had some personal things. Yet he's buying reos and all kinds of things. Gave up on it.

Friend bought an authentic kayfun on the classies and 90% of those who have seen it say its a clone.

Hard to trust people.

I just went through this same thing with a supposed Ivogo Kayfun 3.1, and got a no name POS. I put in a claim with Ebay, and received my refund ASAP, and got to keep the POS kayfun. I also had a similar issue with some Samsung note 3 chargers. Was represented as authentic, and was BS. Had to put in a claim through my bank, wrote a report with proof of fraudulent product, etc... and got my money back and got to keep the chargers.

I refuse to allow vendors to charge me premium price, and give me POS. Usually I would send the items back, but they tried to screw me, so they get screwed.

What!? Someone got shafted on eBay? The place were everything made before 1980 is both "antique" and "rare"? Who'da thunk...

Its not just ebay though. Its members here selling things. There was a group buy, too, where the host ran off with the money. And one of our forum suppliers here sent me dud attys for my ego t starter kit and wouldn't respond to me.
