@Litespeed the way i see it, there are two types of withdrawl symptoms :
1) Tobacco Withdrawal; flu, sore throat, disgusting green/grey phlegm, tiredness, ulcers, bleeding/weak gums, temporary loss of taste and smell, acne breakout
2) Nicotine Withdrawal; Headache, nausea, etc.
By vaping you can effectively avoid the nicotine withdrawal symptoms if you choose the right nic strength juice which is dependent on the amount and type of cigarettes you smoked previously. (usually 6-12mg/ml for Lights smokers and 18-24mg/ml for Reds)
Most people experience the tobacco withdrawal symptoms to some degree although there are a lucky few who do not get them at all.
The first few days are the hardest to get by because your body still craves the tobacco. Most people gradually reduce the number of cigarettes smoked gradually till they hit zero. (the withdrawal symptoms start appearing after a week or so)
Good Luck!
