... and let's not forget that you may have an allergy to PG or VG.

That is very rare <2% of the population. The symptoms of an allergy are extreme: throat closing, breathing difficulties, severe rash on chest and throat etc You also cannot become sensitised to PG, meaning you wont become allergic to it over time. You'll likely know before vaping as it's in so many food, cosmetic products etc. Same with VG it's in a lot of cough syrup and various other things.

No vaping 1 hour before bedtime and you will be fine. If not prepare for more insomnia.

Try using biotene toothpaste instead of the commonly use colgate and darlie.

I haven't really quit smoking analog cig but have lessen down drastically...can even go a day or two with just ecigs, and I thought I was just coming down with the flu....until I read this....all symptoms including the sore gums....phew...heng its normal..

So far after staying off vapes for 1 month haven't got any of the symptoms.

15stix day since 1997 and now 0 stix. Starting to worry me after my colleague's dad passed away when he quit cold turkey after 40 years of analogs....

nose congestion when lying down. eases up when i'm standing. No idea why, more prevalent at night. Might be just the weather or me just finally realizing it. close to 3 months vaping and other than that. Nothing.
