I use Both PG and VG, maybe VG a little more often. Cottonmouth is still an issue with me and I'm a little past the 6 month mark. I don't have the gas issues I had the first 2 weeks I vaped. My throat randomly gets sore and scratchy when I either haven't A.Hadn't had enough to drink or B. switch between the vg vs pg based liquid. Other than that I can actually breathe and smell things MUCH beter now.

Havnt been at it for 6 months yet.. actually only a week, so far ive had a few bloody nose episodes.. and i get random twitches and the shakes.

It's weird you say that..b/c when I started vaping VG for a month..I would get occasional leg/arm twitches.. freaky

I stopped a week ago and no more twitches..

Almost 6 months but have not fully stopped the analog. I have 1 if I am lucky 5-6 if I am really stressing it and not feeling like tinkering with the pv.

More snus and snuff than all combined but I did have the razor blades in the throat for a bit, breathing easier and my sinus issues have all but cleared up.

My negs I have the farts almost all the time, I noticed how horrible my teeth were beaten up by the long term smoking and now having to get mutiple extractions and bridges vs. mutliple crowns and root canals.
Once I get the cleanings and stuff all squared away I will be hard pressed to put tobacco anything in my mouth ever again.

15 mnths. 100% PG or 75/25 PG/VG if I have VG on hand. (Wilton's only) Approx 1 Menthol drop per mil in everything. I vape non-stop 3-5mls/day depending on what equipment I'm using. I primarily exhale through my nose.

Improved sinuses, sense of taste and smell. Slight dry mouth if I don't drink enough. Occasional dry nasal passages but nothing severe. Only other adverse reactions I can think of is reduced concentration/cognitive ability/motor skills and an increase in absentmindedness/mood swings, but have determined extent correlates with nicotine strength. Livable effects at approx 11mg liquid, but my job doesn't require too much. Any lower in strength and I become a hazard.

10 mnths for my Gma. She prefers 60/40 PG/VG (Wilton's), non-menthol. She vapes approx 14-16mg strength non-stop approx 3 mils/day. She reports an increased ability to go without and not have panicked obsessive thoughts about needing to smoke or vape. Myself and others have noted she used to have horrible wracking coughing fits that were getting to the point she couldn't even carry on a 5 minute phone conversation without an episode. Those have completely disappeared. No one who knows her, including her Dr has any desire for her to quit vaping.

At present, she isn't reporting any other issues good or bad.

Boochips - The dry nose relates to me as a bloody nose at times. Can't be sure because this time of year it isn't uncommon, inside with the heat on.
funniest thing is I got a room humidifier (vaporizor) and I have no more issues....But Im always dry during the winter w heat on ;) What part of NC you in if u dont mind sharing?:)

I have been vaping for almost a year, and analog free since April 2, 2009. The only thing I've noticed is the cotton mouth in the mornings and I need to drink more water. I also have added a room vaporizer for the winter and that appears to help.
I guess it's basically dehydration, which is easily fixed by drinking more water. Something I have never been good at doing.

edit: PG liquids
