Don't know about buying syringes at the pharmacy. Many states have a prescription only law for syringes.
I did purchase a "filling tool" from ivape.com. it is a syringe with no needle. It came with little "needle like tips" that are plastic. While the little tube is delicate and can bend easily into an impossible fold, they work just fine.
I use vg only so I know what you mean about the difficulty of getting vg into a syringe. If you have this style syringe, take the tip off, suck up the vg with no tip on, then apply tip, push it onto the syringe tightly, then SLOWLY* inject the liquid into the cartomizer. It should work with no issues. Does for me. Just as I said be careful with the tip it will bend in half which makes it difficult to load with.(not impossible just difficult!)

*key word there!! if you push too hard or fast the tip will pop off and you will have liquid everywhere but where you want it!!!

Fam,

I tried over 20 different formulations, and the thickness is worth it, cause these are the very first VG only cartomizers I LOVE. Get thick syringes, if you need VG. It is worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will keep on trying to make same flavors with thinner juice. Y'all know, I am on it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

MAke sure the thick juice stays flowing though, cos this stuff lasts longer in a carto. really loving it a lot.
