Just thought I would post and idea for those that don't have the benefit of a lathe and need descent end caps for their syringe mods.
They can be found in the gardening section in your hardware store and are connectors for irrigation pipes.
I have trimmed one of them for the piece I needed with a Stanley knife and bored it out with a standard drill bit.
It comes with a good o-ring and seals perfectly into a 12mm syringe.
Will post a completed pic at some stage.
