I have no idea what is up with the T3 heads I've been using... I know I had a bit of a hard-draw habit from analogs, but I think I've pretty much overcome that along my e-cig learning path, so I think that's not it... I vape mostly tobacco variants (like Havana or Cohiba Cigar and the like) that aren't too dark from different sources and a couple DIY brews... Most are 70/30 pg/vg with the current DIY being in the 50/50 range...

I get really hard draws after a little while (2-3 days if the head has lasted that long) with the odd flooding/gurgling thrown in for good measure... Try to clean them (vodka rinse with a gentle swirl) with no luck -- usually just aggravates the flooding/gurgling problem... Have also tried dry-burns and most of the other suggestions I've come across in the forums with no luck...

Also, have tried rebuilding, but no luck there yet... Think the wick I picked up is too thin -- at least for my clumsy fingers... Have some 3mm on order and hopefully that will allow me to rebuild a few because I can't afford to keep replacing heads a couple times a week... :(

Thoughts/suggestions would be appreciated...

I've finally mastered, I think, the art of rebuilding the T3 heads, now I think I just have to work on tightening up my coils a bit and playing with different gauge wire to get the ohms where they really need to be.

As far as the leaking, gurgling, flooding, etc it seems like it's a production problem with Kanger since there have been several threads mentioning problems. If you get a good one, you're golden... If not, oh well... So, if you're using T/MT3s get ready to break out the tool-set and learn to rebuild'em...

I had my first one do this, no matter how many new coil replacements I bought. Couple days and it would gurgle and then leak. I thought I dropped it or I was doing something wrong. I saw this vid on another thread and even though he's a little long winded about getting to the answers, he explained everything so that I got it. Fixed my problem(s) and now I get good vape out of the same MT3 and coil it came with.
