Kanger’s website says the mini Protank only holds 1.5 ml of juice. The new T3S will hold a little more than the regular T3 according to Edward at Sun-Vapors. If the T3S works as well as the Evod and holds as much juice as a T3, I’ll be happy. I don’t need a glass tank, and I like the clear mouthpiece on the Evod. I think it’ll look good on my little chrome Kamry mod.

I had seen Dimitri refer to them (Kanger T3 w/ a glass tank) on the Vape Team (Don't know where he got his). I found a link that mentions the T3 with a glass tank here: Kanger T3 Glass BCC Mega Clear Cartomizers Have Arrived at Vape Lounge!!! |

I posted a comment on Vape Lounge's blog asking if these are really glass and what Tabac is. None of the T3s on their site has the word glass in the description. I'll post back if I get a reply. This looks a little fishy to me.

Not only did they not reply to my questions on their blog, after two days, my comments were just removed completely. They're not looking good.

Yup. That's bad business right there. Sure looks like false marketing to me... But hey, what do I know?

Edit: Just looked on Alibaba and Kanger is selling the T3S already. I hope it's not too long before our favorite outfitters are carrying these. http://www.alibaba.com/trade/search?fsb=y&IndexArea=product_en&CatId=&SearchText=kanger+t3s

I've been wanting this exact thing ever since the Evod.
Really lookin' forward to these. I feel like the Evod produces a little
more flavor than the T3, but the limited capacity has always kinda bugged
me. And I really like the ProTank, but....but....well I don't know.
It's just nice to have different stuff for different batteries/mods.

Now if Kanger will just make a VV eGo style battery....
Just make the Evod batteries VV and I'll be a happy camper.

That's great to see them on Alibaba. Of course, that doesn't mean that Kanger is selling them yet. They're probably just taking orders. I'd bet it's June or July before we get them. Sun Vapers was the first I saw carrying the Evod when it came out, and I wouldn't be surprised if they are the first to have the T3'S as well.

They were presented early May so I don't think we'll see any of these anytime soon, for a month or so. I LOVE T3 but don't work with the Sigelei Telemax, so I'm determined to switch to T3s as soon as they come out. I don't like eVods because I can't see the liquid level, either when filling or vaping (I vaped them dry a couple of times). A month ago I bought some Protanks that haven't got here yet, so I can't tell.

At 7 bucks a pop and 1.40 a head is a sweet business, no need to recoil either. I wish I had known this before buying the Protanks.

Remember the T0? I thought it was the answer to my prayers ;)

I never tried the T0. I read too many bad reviews on them.

I’ve been using Evods for 4 months now. Like you, I hated the metal tank at first, but I’ve slowly gotten used to it. I love their price and performance, but I’d really like something with more capacity and a clear tank.

Much as I'm looking forward to these, the only things I can see them really offering that's different from the ProTank is:
#1: a slightly stiffer draw (which is mostly fixed on the ProTank by using Evod heads)
#2: a plastic instead of metal mouthpiece, although still a fixed mouthpiece (neither bother me)
#3: an aesthetic choice

All that said, bring 'em on!!!!
:D

I don't like the Protank just because IMHO it makes an eGo sized battery look real top heavy. The T3'S gives you more capacity than an Evod because it's longer, not fatter like the Protank.

Well, there IS that. Good point!

I have my own OCD reasons for using certain devices with each other.
My ProTank is parked on my SVD. There's always an Evod (or a Raven in a slim tank) on one of my eGo VV batteries.
And there's either a T3 or a VapeOnly Mega on my eVic. And there's a SmokTech RSST sitting on my China GG, only
I haven't taken the time yet to build a functional wick/coil. So I'm down with the aesthetic reasons.

I guess I should have mentioned that I only use eGo sized batteries. I say "eGo sized" because I use a 14500 Kamry Mod that is almost the same sized as my 650 eGo passthrough batteries.

I'm sure you're aware of this already, but you could pop one of those flared "beauty rings" over the eGo threading.
Makes the ProTank look great on a slimmer battery.

Of course, it's STILL dang top-heavy. I use a Vape Caddy (that came along with my nifty Vapor Station e-cig supply box)
and a few of those acrylic puck-type eGo holders for my skinny batteries. Shame the fatty 1300mAh Spinners are too wide
for those....

If the Protank had a better atomizing system.....it would be perfect for me.

I like the thickness of the glass and the heft of it. But the draw is a bit airy and it doesn't produce all that much vapor, and I have 5 of them. I rebuild them with cotton wick and 32 gauge kanthal but it doesn't make it much better. Need more room to use a longer wick , so I can wrap it with thicker gauge kanthal (28 or 30 gauge)....It would increase the heat and the amount of vapor and taste.
