I just placed a battery order yesterday from Tactical LEDs, and I had to come here to say how awesome these guys are.
First off, they had the lowest price I could find on AW 750mAh CR123a. That alone is great considering that AW's can get pretty pricey.
Second, shortly after I ordered I received an email from a guy named Rick saying that since I had specified 2 day shipping, he wanted to let me know that they were currently out of stock and expected more in by the end of next week. He also said if I needed them sooner, he'd see if he could find some for me. I told him I did need at least two sooner rather than later (I just ordered a Buzz and don't want to be sitting waiting on batts) and if he could even ship a partial order that would be great.
This morning I got another email saying that he found some batteries in the US and would have them out to me by Monday morning and would refund half of my shipping fee. That's absolutely fantastic customer service. They could have left me waiting for them to come in stock, but Rick went above and beyond to help me out.
