Taifun GT Discusion!

Rats. My GTS with the AFC leaks like crazy. I just woke up to a mod covered in e-liquid. I guess I need to start trying out the other o-rings that came in the package from FT. It appears to be coming from around the top half of the AFC ring.

It's too early for this #(@!......

it will be on 1:1 penny clone. i build the coil on 3/32 drill bit. not sure what that is in metric.

edit : 3/32" is 2.38 mm

I eventually went up to a 7/64" bit (2.8mm approx) as it gave me a bit more wick, but I did use 3/32" for a long time.

I think 0.9-1.0 ohm will make you happy on a mech. That's how I was vaping mine.

I just gave mine to another member because he gave me his Erlk. The Erlk wicking concerned him because he didn't want to go through anymore floods. I loved the Erlk. So sent him the TGT as its always been consistent and good to me. Hopefully it will be for him.

It is currently confined to an empty pill bottle until I get time to futz with it, which looks unlikely until after Thanksgiving. My mom goes ber-fuggin-zerk around the holiday season and this year my 89 year old grandma is coming home for the day from the nursing home, AND my twin (2 year old) niece and nephew are coming. So, to quote Charlton Heston: "IT'S A MADHOUSE! A MADHOUSE!"

Absolutely loved my taifun clone, way more then my kayfuns. The tank poly tank cracked all to .... the other day now I have got to try and find a replacement, love this tank.

The Kayfun 4 is set to be released on Dec. 6 so I would think they will release the TGT II around the same time if it's possible.

Smokerstore.de has a US version of their site, and of course they ship to the U.S.

For the Kayfun 4 I suggest INTASTE.DE' site as they are another very reputable German site, and VERY inexpensive shipping, like $18.68 for priority Fed-Ex international shipping!

Both companies have a English version of their web sites!
