In the past joyetech Oemed their stuff. Totally twisted's stuff is joyetech but has that ridiculous devil all over everything.

Joye is on a crusade to be a trusted "brand" they are stopping their oem branding and will soon be restricting resellers of joyetech to ONLY sell joyetech or ..... This includes juice and accessories. Everything

Concerning the first statement in bold: The VW Golf and the Bentley are made by the same freaking company, so.....

Concerning the second statement in bold: When it comes to cartos Boges are quite different than some of the others. I, for one, Don't want to order what are said to be Boge cartos and end up with Bauways. I can tell the difference in the performance. If this were to happen to me I would definitely cross that vender off of my list. A lie is a lie. I don't like liars.

I see where your going with this, but cars are a bad example... Cars= thousands of dollars in difference, Cartos= a few dollars difference. Performance wise I know there is a slight difference, but it seems to me like its more about principal than actual performance of the piece.

I order many dual coils from different places and another thing made me think my last order of a 5 pack I got in had Smok on the wrapping on the cartos its self, this tells me its a real SmokTech, so are the others I have been getting not real SmokTech? I thought maybe other vendors just ordered without the wording but the guilty is so different with the original ones and if this is the case there are like 10 vendors selling cartos that are not real SmokTech. The only place I have seen this quilty of dual coils is with crystal clear vaping which they have CCV not Smok worded on them but say they are SmokTech brand.

So I ordered some SmokTech dual cartos from vapingzone and guess what they are not SmokTech. I am not sure if vendors are just using the names SmokTech and Boge as a universal name for all cartos, but when I order what is said to be SmokTech that is what I expect, there is a big difference with performance and quality.

it doesn't matter, from cars to bubble gum, misrepresentation is the same no matter what the cost is. they are lying to you if it is 5 cents or 5 thousand dollars.

Being happy with (what you get) is an okay way to look at it, But I agree with the OP, false advertising IS FALSE advertising. It is wrong, illegal and just unjust! I agree, people should post they're experiences and with enough supporting evidence or community involvement ban them. They are lucky they are not being brough to court IMO. If there was more Canadian vendors doing this, I would have been in court for sure. It's unacceptable, and if you know any business it is something that could sink them into the ground. With one phone call. You cannot sell someone something stating it is something else.End of story.

Slight can be an understatement here. Some cartos only have half the life span, and others carry a taste thier own that destroy the flavor of all but the strongest juices. This is why I useually look for Boge cartos.

Even if it is "more about principal", that really is enough for me to not want to deal with a vendor.
