take apart vv gripper

I have a VV Gripper that just got in a couple days ago and the 510 connector won't function properly with my equipment. either that or I have a short. I want to take apart the box and look at the internals so that I can diagnose the problem or replace the connector. Does anyone have experience taking apart this mod and can tell me how to take it apart without damaging the box? Thanks

Is it that some attys/cartos/tanks work and some don't?

If there is any of the mod enthousiasts reading this I would be very happy on ideas on how to take the Gripper apart and perhaps transfer it to a good housing... a video tutorial would be incredible!!!
Really it looks like the box is the only major issue the gripper has so let's change it, should'nt be too difficult and a lot of people would be happy.
