Time and time again you show that you care about your customers by your simple and helpful responses in the threads here. Some people talk about product loyalty, and how it's disappeared because of the internet and so many other choices. I'm here to say those people are liars and they just haven't found a product worth going back to buy time and time again.
I just ordered another complete tank, some glass for my standard tanks to make them longer and more cartos. "Why?" you may ask - partly because I needed more cartos

I just went by the website, and said to myself "Don't buy another tank, don't do it, you've got 6 already..." and then that little voice said "But you don't have the Old Gold color, you like that color..." and then that little voice said "Why not get some longer glass for the standard tanks you bought" 10 seconds later I placed the order and I'm typing out this post.
I also wanted to let you know that I get questions about the tanks I have. Other vapors at work like the colors, and then I show then how easy it is to fill, maintain and even change out flavors. I also got 2 co-workers to purchase some tanks from you as well. My co-workers that vape are tired of having issues with their clearto tanks, and just want a solid tank system. They (like you) want something that just works, vapes all day and is simple easy to use. They also want to look cool (bling right?). Your tanks honestly sell themselves.
As I sit here and vape some amazing menthol flavor from my 22mm Xl Grape colored tank with a Grape colored Rook tip, I just want to say thank you in more than 2 words. I wanted to say thank you for keeping vaping simple and help convert people from smoking to vaping. Some people don't realize that your not just putting out a amazing product, your helping the vaping community by saving lives.
