Just about to lend / sell an e-cig to a colleague who's off to Taiwan,
I was thinking if they ask, & are allowed to vape on the long flight,
it would be great for them.

But I understand Taiwan is none to happy about e-cigs generally,
or was that only Hong Kong?

Anyway, I don't want to land them in trouble....

Any thoughts about foreign visitors using e-cigs in Taiwan ?

Most Asian airports still have smoking rooms. Shoot here in OKC we still have one.
Discreetly means I always have a window seat and if the person next to me does not seem friendly I just vape between the seat and window and blow down or hold it in for a while. Now if there is no one next to you its much easier.
Last Year to Germany, both going and coming back I had great passengers next to me and after explaining they had no problems with me vaping.

also I swear by using a manual switch so I can control vapor production.
