I've been smoking for about 15 years. Tried to quit numerous times with little success. A friend of mine picked up a Blu started set and offered me a couple of hits. Much to my surprise, I got the nicotine hit I needed and sure didn't miss the taste of tobacco. The experience certainly made me very curious about "vaping".

Anyway, I found this forum (a great boon to my research, by the way!) I placed an order with AltSmoke for an eGo started set, extra atomizers and cartomizers (might as well give both a shot, eh?) I also ordered the "Welcome to..." juice set from Johnson Creek (seemed like a nice selection of flavors and accessories.)

I wanted to thank the members and administrators of this forum for all of the advice, tutorials, reviews and other pertinent information. It really helped me pick a product that, I think, will be perfect for my needs! I really do hope to kick tobacco cigs completely!

Now, if that order will just get processed... LOL!

I was a smoker for twice that time Bearpaws , and tried many times to kick the habit.

After 4 days , have only had 8 analog cigs , ( down from 80 a day ).

Once I adjust the juice to the way I like it , Im sure I can kick them for all time .

Tried some different juices from The Vapor Room today... yeah... HUGE difference. Yeah, Johnson Creek's service was nice - and the packaging was cool - but these juices actually taste good.

I'm glad you got some more to your liking.

Welcome to the board, Bear and Symph! The folks here are awesome and want to help new folks that come here. This site has helped me greatly, but the people are what makes this board so special. They legitimately care......no airs. They want to pay it forward, so to speak. The interesting thing is how addictive the board is!!!!! Before you know it, you'll be jumping in and helping too!
