I am going to start buying some supplies tonight. I am trying to get the most bang for my buck and had a couple of questions. Amazon has 1 quart PG and VG from Froggys for a really good price. Anyone tried these? I am planning on buying the 100mg PG Nic mix from Wizard Labs. so my next question would be on the diluting of the Nic. I assume that 50/50 unflavored base, if I use 25% NIC, 25% pure PG and 50 % pure VG I would have a base of 25mg unflavored NIC solution. Am I correct in this assumption? I value your opinions here. Any better recommendations?

Yes in theory you will have 25 mg nicotine. But depending on which nicotine level you are trying to reach as a target nicotine that might be too low for you to use as a base

The more flavorings and adjuncts (ethyl maltol, menthol, acetyl pyrazine, vinegar, lemon juice, sucralose, etc.) you add, the more the nicotine gets diluted.

I'm not overly picky about my nicotine level. When I used to buy vendor juice, I'd go with either 18mg or 24mg. I never found myself thinking "Gee, this 18mg liquid just doesn't have enough nicotine."

I just buy the Wizard Labs 24mg unflavored liquid and add flavoring. Most of my mixes are 10-15% flavoring, so I end up somewhere near 20mg. I don't bother with diluting 100mg nic. To me, it seems like more trouble than it's worth in cost cutting.

Don't mix all your stuff when you buy it... wait till you need to use it to mix. The amount of each you use will depend on how much flavoring you need and what pg/vg ratio you want. If you insist, dilute the 100mg nic down to 60 but I wouldn't do anything other than that.
