Tank Browning E-Liquid

Hello Everyone!

I've been using a iclear30s recently that I got as a gift. The first two weeks the tank worked very well. Now, the tank slowly turns my e-liquid a brownish color the more I vape. I don't have a burnt taste, and I don't think that the coil has burning out seeing that I don't have a burnt taste. Plus the fact that the coil is only two weeks old. I vape a 50/50 blend @ 12mg of nic.

The darkening of liquid is normal in any tank. It is from oxidizing of the nicotine with oxygen and heat from the coil. Nothing to worry about.

Using one coil for 2 weeks is pretty impressive.

It's not uncommon for juices to get darker as you vape them. The heat from the atty as you vape, sweet juice, etc. can cause it to happen. If it tastes fine, don't worry about it. If the taste starts to go, you might need to clean/change your coil.

That happens with many flavors, with some you will not see that. I seen that happen in coffee flavors, or other flavors that use heavy sweeteners. Nothing to worry about.

Could it be your coils. Maybe do a dry burn to get the gunk off the coils. Just a suggestion, that I have read others say. I just put on new coils more often myself and have not noticed this. I think it happens more on tobacco flavored juices and dark juices. Just my but I look forward to seeing what the others say. Happy vaping. I bought a iClear30s in a co op and keep forgetting to get it out and try it. I have heard good things about them.

It's just a chemical reaction leaving certain materials in the tank. I've had completely clear juices go dark brown. Haven't really noticed it since switching to RBA's though.
