IBTanked Pyrex Carto tanks
IBTanked - Get Tanked With Us! These slim (19mm) pyrex tanks are the perfect size to top off a Provari, and their inexpensive cost allow you to get up to three for the cost of many of the more expensive tanks w/o sacrificing quality. Prices begin @ $21. These are getting very popular among ECF members. I personally have 5 of these in my collection.

Pyrex tubes available in slim (19mm) or wide (25mm). Standard length tube accepts a standard carto (ie. Boge). XL length tube accepts a 45mm carto (ie. Smoktech DC). Clear tubes begin at $5. Painted designs are more.

Endcaps available in stainless steel for both diameter tubes start @($19-slim/ $22-wide). Colorful acrylic endcaps for slim tanks only are $16.

Bella & Elegance Carto Tanks
Bella and Elegance Tanks from Hoosier Vapes are again another aesthetically pleasing tank for a Provari. Acrylic endcaps are hand turned and polished one-of-a-kind, no two are alike. Mouthpiece and top cap are one piece; top cap twists off the tube for easy juice filling. Carto fits into top cap with no issues. Polycarbonate tube. $50. My personal favorite.

Bellas accept a standard carto (ie. Boge). Elegance accept an XL carto (ie. Smoktech DC).

For a truly special tank, a Phiniac clear pyrex tube will fit both the Bella and Elegance tanks. Phiniac Rugged Pyrex Glass Tanks

Have tried many different, good looking, and functional tank systems. While I would luv to get my hands on a z-atty; I have to say that the best experience I've had with tanks goes to the 'vision vivi nova'. This thing is easy, easy, easy. Easy to re-build, easy to fill, easy to vape with. It's just so simple and hassle-free all around. I've also noticed that when rebuilding my heads, I get about a 1.8 - 2.2 ohm resistance, which allows me to vape at about 3.5-4.0V and preserve battery life at the same time. Great little sweet spot.

can anyone tell me their preferred tank cartomizer using a provari?
I appologize, I misunderstood your request. I thought you were asking for cartotank recommendations for the Provari.

I'm using Smoktek 3.0 ohm single coil cartomizers, one and two hole laser drilled. (Note spelling, this is not Smoktech the Chinese manufacturer/distributor. I have no idea who makes the Smoktek cartos, they very well may be made by Smoktech for all I know.)

I had been using Smoktech dual coil tank replacement carto's, mainly because that is what came with the tanks originally. I was using them in a variety of tanks and various resistances. I wasn't totally satisfied with them, as I often was detecting a harshness or burnt taste despite a good delivery of juice to the cartomizer.

I did a fair amount of research here. It seems that Smoktech came up with the idea of dual coils to allow 3.7v devices to make more vapor than a single coil carto could. However, I also read that to take full advantage of dual coils, they required at least 4.5v fed into them. Contradictory?

Many people seemed to have switched to single coils and now preferred them. I decided to give them a try.

I bought a bunch from the above vendor in 2 ohm resistance, with one and two holes. Juices with a 50pg/50vg got one hole, anything with more vg got two holes. Changed out all of my dozen tanks with these new cartos and filled them fresh to use on my Silver Bullet and BB.

I have to say, I like these better. I'm getting just as much vapor and flavor as the dual's provided. No burnt taste, and moderately longer battery time. When I got my new Provari, I got more but in the 3.0 ohm resistance. Same positive results.

Now it may only be that I prefer a cooler vape. If that is so, then these fit my needs.

Another poster here said he really likes, https://www.ikenvape.com/SearchResults.asp?Cat=1631 he said he really likes the 808 Fusions 9would need an adapter, and I'm not 100% if they fit into a 510 tank but they look like they would to me), and in the 510's I think he said Diamond series, but I don't see those listed. The other problem is they are out of all of them. Maybe he'll show up here :) I'm probably going to buy some whenever they get them in stock.

I've heard good things about Ikenvape cartos, also. I've been checking the website off and on for a couple of months and the ones I am interested in trying are always out. I'd heard good things about the mega Platinum they make, recommended for 4.2-5V. which is the range I frequently vape with my coffee flavors.

I haven't tried the Vivi Nova's, mainly because I detest the polycarbonate plastic used in those tanks. I have tried Smoktech's knockoff of them, the Titan (also known as the Screw Tank). These have some minor improvement in design and materials used, primarily use of a polypropylene tube and metal to metal threading for the tube and endcaps.

I liked them initially because of their ease of use, especially the easy screw off top for filling with juice. However, I detected and confirmed by side-by-side comparison with the same flavors in cartotanks that the Titans had muting of the juice's flavor. Some was so pronounced that I could detect no flavor at all, only tasteless vapor.

guys! lets cool the ZAP and nova talk, the op was asking about carto tanks :D

well my preferred is my phiniac.com pyrex glass tank (doesn't use grommets, doesn't taste like a tire) using either the mega 801 fusions from ikenvape.com, the 510 mega platinum series from ikenvape.com, or the good old smoke tech ressurectors as a last resort if my preferred cartos are not in stock....simply put, the phiniac tanks are the toughest glass tanks around, and the end caps set up TIGHT. pbusardo ranked them highest in terms of tightness on his video, which i'll conveniently place here:

and i can assure you after using grommet tanks and cheapo poly plastic tanks, these will NOT taint your juice flavor, will NOT leak, and are WELL worth whatever money you spend on them.
