Hello ! I hope I am posting this in the right spot .I currently have received an mpv 3.0 and a Nautilus mini tank as a gift which is a fantastic upgrade from my vision spinner 2. I've only been vaping for one and a half months so I do not have extensive knowledge of vaping especially on a larger mod like the MPV. I've used the nautilus mini tank on my vision spinner 2 the entire time I've been vaping with no problems it for the most part has gotten me off cigarettes and given me quite an amazing experience but since I put it on the MVP, I have been sucking up juice through the drip tip like a straw. Very nasty. Last night it made me so super sick that I had to put it down and for me at least when I put the vape down I pick the cigarettes up. A little extra info just in case it's important I have been using 50/50 blend venom custard 6 nicotine and on the MVP I've been vaping at about 7 to 8.5 watts with the airflow on the mini set on the two largest holes. I don't know what I'm doing wrong or if I'm doing anything wrong but I've taken the mini completely apart checked for cracks checked the o-rings changed the coil twice tried several drip tips and tried blowing the juice out the air holes into a paper towel. I've also taken it to two of my local vape shops and they have also cleaned it take it apart that is how I got both of my new coils put in it and they have no clue as to why is acting this way either. They just try to sell me a different mod altogether. I had my own Nautilus mini tank and then received another one as a gift with the MVP and both of my minis are acting the same way on the MVP. In all of my research I've learned that the nautilus mini is one of the best tanks for low wattage vaping so it really upsets me that it's been giving me so many problems. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what it may be or as to what other tanks if any would be good for this device. Right now I am low wattage vaping but I have been growing quickly and eventually I want to rebuild my own coils and maybe try sub ohming or dripping but I want to grow in to all of those things. right now I'm happy regular ohming and buying coils. Thank you in advance.

Crank up the wattage. 10W would be about the same as 4.3V on your old spinner. If you're sucking juice into your mouth, the coil isn't vaporizing it completely. I ran my Nautilus at around 17.5W with 1.8 coils on the 2 biggest air holes and that was my sweet spot. If that doesn't help, you are probably sucking too hard on it and flooding it out. Try taking longer, slower puffs.

I was told the nautilus mini shouldn't be vape at too high of a wattage. What do you think?
I ran my Nautilus at between 14-17 watts, using 50Pg/50Vg juice, airflow wide open.

Make sure you are buying the Aspire BVC's "for Nautilus". Aspire also make BVC's that can be use in a Nautilus, but they are not as good.

The rule of thumb for EVERY regulated vape device you'll ever own is the same when using wattage/voltage mode.
  • Start low power (wattage or voltage).
  • Take a draw, bump it up another draw, and repeat.
  • If it starts to taste funny, gets too hot or tastes burnt, back it down.
  • Different flavors will have different sweet spots so you just have to experiment.
