This question has probably been answered before so I apologize in advance.
I just recently started using tanks (3ml I believe -- the smaller ones) on a couple of Diamond batteries. I love them!
But the other day after I refilled one it started to gurgle whenever I used it. And I could taste just a bit of juice in my mouth. Then it started leaking.
I turned it upside down, removed the tank, dried everything off, let it rest awhile and tried again. Seemed okay for the first couple of hits and then it started gurgling and leaking again.
Seems there's no way to stop this.
Does that indicate that the cartomizer is dead and should be replaced? Or is there something I'm missing?

Depending on how long you have been using the cartomizer, it may be time to change it. I'm a pretty heavy vaper, and I've found that after about 3 days of using the same tank/cartomizer, the same thing that's happening to you, will happen to me. Sometimes I'll set the tank down upright, and when I come back about an hour later, there's a little puddle of juice waiting for me.

Besides the obvious overfilling, other leakages will occur when I'm straight vaping for awhile and the tank gets overheated, and also when I let the juice get down to the end. Just my experience with em so far.

A friend of mine had a similar problem. He vapes like smoking a hookah. I suggested a lighter, slower drag and it's cleared up for him.

One other thing to note that happened to me once, storing the tank upright when not in use can sometimes cause a siphoning effect which will drag too much juice into the carto. If you're lucky it won't result in draining the tank all over what it's sitting on. I've since always made sure my tanks were laying on their sides and have yet to duplicate the problem.
