Which coil are you using?
You're coil could be flooded. This happens when too much liquid is in the coil and not enough power is supplied to vaporize all of it... you end up with gurgling and a mouthful of hot liquid. Purge the tank... invert, loosely wrap a paper towel around the airflow ring, and blow to get the excess liquid out of the coil.
As for making your lungs hurt? Could be that you're quite new to vaping and going through a brief adjustment period. Could be that you have a sensitivity to something in your liquid. Try another flavor, and if that doesn't help, try another blend (something higher in VG).

for a coil i use the one comes in the box with the tank....
it should do just fine since it a mouth to lung tank
after vaping some more it feels more like i get the flavour defrrently in a way its giving me phelgm full of it
It comes with a .5Ω & a 1.6Ω coil head, which one are you using?
The resistance is printed on the head and you should also be able to determine which head it is by looking at the display screen.
On the Solo it will be the numbers to the right of ' coil '.
I'm gonna guess you're using the .5Ω because using 16 - 20w with the 1.6Ω head would result in burnt wicking rapidly.
What airflow setting are you using?
The .5Ω head needs more airflow, like 4 - 5 air holes open and a fairly strong inhale to help cool the coil.
Restricting airflow results in a wet sputtery vape & short head life due to overheating.
Twist a piece of napkin or paper towel & dry the center tube & drip tip.
Might try the 1.6Ω head.

Like I said 15w - 20w would burn the 1.6Ω head very rapidly, this would cause all sorts of problems, odd, off, funky or burnt tastes, leaking, wet vape, liquid in mouth etc..
2 air holes open is a restrictive draw, less air going through coil to help cool it higher chances of burnt wicking especially if you went above 16w.
If you're inhaling strongly with 2 air holes open most likely you are pulling more liquid into the head than can be vaporized which leads to flooding, wet sputtery vape & liquid in mouth.
Have you cleaned & dried the airflow chamber in the base?

The tank is not leaking. When it leaks the e.liquid tends to escape through the air intake at the bottom.
When you say you taste it, are gobs of hot liquid juice spitting out at you (spitback)?
Irritates the lungs: it takes a while to get used to vaping, just like it does with smoking, and sore lungs happen.
I lowered the power and cleaned the air flow holes - and i just keep getting liquid in my mouth
And no im not new to vaping - been vaping using the t18 for months now no problem
If you're using the 1.6Ω head and you hit it a few times at 20w you've scorched the wicking material which reduces the wicking material ability to absorb & hold liquid properly.
As said before with 2 air holes open & a strong inhale you're pulling more liquid into the head than can be vaporized, this leads to flooding.
The only place this excess liquid can go is down into airflow chamber or up through chimney & drip tip into your mouth.
The zenith is about the easiest to use leak free least likely to flood delivery device you can find, if it is leaking & flooding something isn't right.
Thoroughly prime a new head, make sure the base to coil head o ring is in place and the head is seated properly.
In other words start over with a new head at around 9w & gradually raise power over at least the first half tank, full tank even better.

Your tank doesn't sound like its "leaking". Sometimes if the tank isn't assembled correctly or has a faulty o-ring, it can leak, but usually this occurs at the air control ring. Your issue is probably incorrect draw technique, improperly assembled coil head, too thin e-liquid, or the wrong wattage setting.
My guess is you may be taking too strong of a draw. Slow, gentle draw technique works best with the Zenith tank.

You could occassionally drop a Q-tip or rolled up tissue into the tank's drip tip and air chamber to collect any excess e-liquid or condensation that accumulates.
My guess is you may be taking too strong of a draw. Slow, gentle draw technique works best with the Zenith tank.

What’s the pg/vg of your juice? The higher ohm coils should be fine with something around 50/50, but the .5 ought to do better with less pg, closer to 25pg/75vg.
