thanks for your time.

I've read that aquarium glue which is made of silicone is resistant to heat and water so I thought it would be safe.

getting a replacement tank would be very expensive for me because I live in Persia/

Iran and Trump recently put heavy sanctions on Iran and we live quite in isolation.

I'm sorry to hear you are in such a difficult situation Amin!

The problem is that if you inhale an unhealthy chemical it can easily move from your lungs to your bloodstream and that can become really serious, and quite quickly.

Aquarium glue is safe for fish so it should be fairly safe as glues go, but it is not used in any atomizers we vape. No glue is used in any of them because of the dangers involved with them interacting with all the possible combinations of vape ingredients we use.

I hate to say this, but if I were in your situation I would go back to smoking for a while until I could get replacement hardware for vaping. The risk to my kidneys or liver associated with vaping unknown chemicals is just too great for me to try doing it, for any length of time.

Having said that, if you can get safe O-rings in a size that will seal the bottom of the syringe sleeve I would consider that an acceptable temporary solution. In my opinion, if your juice does not change the syringe material over time it is likely safe. Ultimately though I would look for a hardware solution that all works properly.

Best of luck with it!

thanks guys, what I was looking for were O rings, I didn't know about this very useful sealant. thank you @Ryedan for this amazing tip, I managed to stop the leaking without any glue although it still does leak but it's almost indiscernible and that's probably because the size of the o ring is too big for the pin.

but my device has a new problem (life rules) after a little while of vaping when I push the fire button it fires continuously and lifting your finger or anything else wont stop it and as a result kills the coil. I think the problem is caused by that indiscernible leaking which messes up the button or something.
anyway thank you guys.

That reason for not ordering a new glass makes sense then.

While the glue may be safe for aquariums, I would still be hesitant with using it. Just make sure that if there is any noticed flavor change, to stop. It could have something in it that could react with vg/pg or the flavorings in your juice that normally wouldn't happen with just water. A new device or glass section for the existing device is still highly recommended when you get the opportunity.

Yeah even a tropical tank doesn't get as hot as your vape probably.

You know any glassworkers? If so, well get the dimensions off the manufacturer's specs and get him to blow you a glass tube, alternately if you know any factory workers that like, have access to vape safe plastics you might be able to get him to cut you a couple tubes of the right dimensions.

You've seen what O-rings are now, so you might be able to get some at a hardware store or something (similar to the correct type of plastic tube, you could cut it yourself... .I guess.

I'm sorry I do not know all the names of vape safe plastics but I bet someone after me will.

And I apologize for my SHOCIK! HORROR! Etc., it sounds like you at least had a justifiable reason to like, do what you did (but you really probably don't want to, honestly).

Good luck!

Anna

Just think it is Time for a New e-Cigarette.

Preferably a 2 Piece Set-up of a Mod and an Atomizer.

Hey, @amin021023 , I would recommend that you look into rebuildables - because you mentioned that replacement parts were really difficult for you to find in Persia. Its a big step so I would recommend that you do a lot of research before you attempt it. I would also recommend that you ask a lot of questions in the rebiuldables forums here on this site until you are very confident and sure of your abilities. But, if you can make that step, it would become much easier for you to get the vape that you want because the parts are much easier to acquire.

It takes some research to get a mod and clearomizer-style topper. With a clearomizer-style topper you insert a factory made coil/wick and then fill the topper with one juice.

Finding a way to buying...China makes most all vapor products so that seems a place to start. Many use Fasttech for both everything, to include spare parts.

Good luck!
