tank styled rba's that dont leak?

I've had a Penelope for quite awhile now and it has never leaked. That's the only one that I've had long enough to comment on.
If you're looking for a solid investment, look into the GG products. Odysseus, Penelope, Ithaka. Ithaka is currently on pre-order, so if you decide to get one from a vendor, know that you might be paying for something that you'll see in a few months. I've had a Penelope for over a year now, and it's the best tank I've ever used.
Similarly, a Terminator-C is my second RBA in rotation. It works pretty well, once you get used to the quirks. It doesn't leak except a bit when I finish filling it. I can always clean it up with a cloth in 2 seconds right after I fill it. This one is significantly cheaper, basically a knock-off of the GG products.
