You'll be limited to only a couple of options for a "tank" delivery device due to the extremely slim nature of the 808 threaded battery format.

All of the Smokeless Image e-cig devices use the 808 thread. They have the Volt ce3 "cartomizer" and the Nano clearomizer.

The ce3 will require the use of the included needle/syringe to fill them with your e-juice. The Nano can be filled by simply removing the top and dripping your juice into the tank.

The Volt X2 clearomizers will work on your cigalike battery, but will look very top-heavy on it as it is a larger diameter delivery device.

Hope that helps. - Baditude

If you don't mind the tank being wider than the PV body, a standard carto tank like the notcigs M1A1 will work fine. You want to use stainless steel (plain) finish cartos, not ones with paper wrappers. I'm partial to the Ikenvape cartos, though haven't used their 808 series.

Pick up a standard 510/901 drip tip -- I use the shortie stainless steel ones from totally wicked, but others would work fine.

You can buy cartos either pre-punched or punch your own. I prefer to punch my own, I get really good consistency with two holes, spaced 180 degrees apart, just above the botton endcap of the tank. The punch I use is: Cartomizer Punch
I came up with that punch, based on the materials I know VV is selling it essentially at cost. Insert carto, tighten screw until it just touches the carto body (you'll feel resistance), then two full turns (720 degrees). Back the screw out, rotate carto halfway, repeat.

If you don't want a clearomizer and wish to try a slim cartotank, Vaporbeast sells the Boge F17 cartotank. It will look a little top-heavy on a stick battery, but is the same diameter as an eGo battery.

It works with pre-punched Smoktech tank cartomizers (510 threaded) which are available on the website: 5-pack for $9

________

Smoktech also makes an 808 threaded cartomizer that is pre-punched that can be used in the above tank. This single coil tank replacement cartomizer is only offered in a 1.7 ohm resistance, so it might be a little "hot" to your liking; however you would not need the 808 to 510 adaptor to use this carto in the above tank on your 808 battery.

basically that would be your only option, i think there are a couple 808 vivi nova's out there, best option is 808 to 510 adapter, lot more tank options available for 510/ego than the 808's
i would go boge tanks(f17 smaller diameter 2.5 mil) or the udct(not slidey) by smoketech
Just to make a few points more clearer:

All cartomizers for tank use are of the same diameter and will fit through the holes in the endcaps of all cartotanks. It matters not what threading (510 or 808) the carto is to fit the tank. What is important to consider is that the carto is the right length for the length of the tank. There are two lengths of tanks and cartomizers. Standard (regular) and XL (dct style tanks, the most common).

Of course we also have to factor that the cartomizer used can fit the battery connector. This is the connector threading issue: 510 or 808. If different from one another, an adaptor can solve the problem, but using an adaptor will create an aesthetic gap between the battery and the cartotank.

Another misconception is that single coil cartomizers won't work in a DCT (dual coil tank). They will, and are actually more recommended for a stick battery or eGo battery.

Thanks! I have placed an order for the above recommendations.
