So far I only see the cartomator tanks fitting flush (pic below). They look super clean with the matching brushed caps! However, I do not like the polycarbonate tube. Are there any other tanks that fit just as flush and clean, but with pyrex or polypro tubes?

Nice pic!! Lol..What is it that you don't like about the polycarb tubing? No Pyrex yet for the Cartomator and the polypro tubes being so flimsy not sure they would hold well with these SS heavy duty caps, There are however SS tubes (not juice window yet) that he sells seperatly for his SS caps, PM me and I'll give you more info :)

-Oh i just realized, I took the Cartomator SS caps and put them on a BDV Lil Momma Pro-Cise Tube and they fit and actually look pretty nice, (I'll post a pic soon) the BDV tube is SS and has a juice window but has some type of poly lining in the tank...The BDV caps are a different style and dont look as good as the Cartomator ones..imo

Only problem is I do not believe they sell the tube by itself but I could be wrong..

Thanks for all the info! I did some research and found the ss tube from BDV. They do sell it seperately.
I dont like the polycarbonate because of the warning of no use on certain juices.
I didnt know the polypro were flimsy. Polypro is suppose to be more durable than polycarbonate with certain juices.
lol I am assuming the pic I used was yours? very nice setup you have there sir!

anyone heard of Cirrus(sp) tanks?
supposedly they are flush in diameter of the provari

Thanks!! I looked in thier site too and SS tube they are doesn't have the window, You always email them to see if they would sell one separatly with the juice window.

You know, I'm all for the glass or ss tubes over the polycarbonate/whatever-other-plastic ones (have replaced most plastic in my kitchen as well), but I really have to wonder at folks who switch to glass because their juice is cracking the plastic. If it's doing that to the plastic, do you really think it's good to vape???? Not for me, not in my humble opinion...

And you are entitled to that opinion. :p

All humor aside, just because certain chemicals have a reaction to EACH OTHER, does not mean they would have a reaction to something else. It's known that polycarbonate plastic can degrade to the point of cracking or even melting when exposed to certain substances found in some e-juices like cinnamon, citris flavors, or highly acidic flavors. That does not necessarily mean those juices would be harmful to your body if inhaled in vapor.

There are examples of chemical reactions that can be quite dramatic to the eye, but in reality cause no harm to the body. Acetone or polish remover can melt or dissolve whatever nail polish is, but it doesn't harm human skin on contact. You can use cola products to remove/dissolve that ugly powder buildup on auto battery terminals or stains from your sink/tub, but that doesn't make it harmful to ingest.

Manufacturers need to clean up their act and offer products that can hold up to consumers' needs. Polycarbonate is used because it is cheap and easy to produce. There are other materials that can be used (polypropylene or delrin or glass). I no long buy anything containing polycarbonate because I believe it leaches into all e-juices, not just the caustic ones.

See my point?

I absolutely do see your point, and to a degree I agree. I have though seen posts from the resident ECF Chemist which suggested that cinnamon is in fact not a great thing to vape. While your points are valid, I don't think it means these are all necessarily safe either... Still better than what was in analogs and I understand about calculated risks; I wish more studies would be done to determine this for certain though.

i missed the pre-order for the pro-v cartomators from vaperfexion. anyone know when they might offer them again?

The pre-orders for the pro-v cartomators are now available Jeff! I just placed OUR order! You can cross that off your "want" list now bro... According to Tom from vaperfexion, the pro-v's will be ready to ship on August 29th, if not sooner...

We'll have some impatient waiting to do... but at least we're guaranteed to get one! Aaw yeah!!

I recently received a Bella tank (same measurements as a Lava tank) and successfully matched it with a clear Phiniac glass tube. So.... the Phiniac and Bedazelled glass tubes fit the Lava and Bella tank "caps...and if the Bedazelled tubes fit the Pro-V cartomators...your options have been widely expanded if you want a pyrex tube to fit a cartomator.

My Phiniac is one of the clear naked tubes that the manufacturer color sandblasted my choice of design. If you aren't familiar with Phiniac tanks, the diameter of their clear tanks are the same; the three length/heights available are the shorty, regular, and XL-v2. Their colored glass tubes are of a different diameter from the clear tubes, so they will not work in any of the previously mentioned tank brands.
