Thought I would make a thread dedicated to speciality and non specialty tanks that will accept the evod head. I love the evod system myself. Please add anything if my list is incomplete or when new products are added. reviews are welcome.

I really wish! I've got the AnyVape Viva BCC that you already posted. It vapes like a champ and taste is excellent - I would love it if someone would come out with a really nice stainless steel model with a pyrex (or the like) tank (3 ml or more); 22mm dia.
I hate the knurling on all the rest of them ( I don't think it's necessary and find it ugly), which is one reason I chose the Anyvape model.

I was tinkering around and made my own.
I noticed the threads on the bottom of the Evod head are the same as a 510.
I drilled out a 510-808D connector so the positive post would make it through the hole; removed the little rubber o-ring from the bottom of the Evod head and screwed it in.
Then I took an old 510 carto and cut the threads off; pulled the guts out and found the hole at the bottom has a little rubber o-ring - this hole was the same size as the top air hole post of the Evod head. So I stuck head in the gutted out carto. I stuck it in a tank and tried it out. It works - just minimal airflow since I had to use a old 808D battery (all my gear is 510 nowadays). I suppose I could drill air holes in the 510-808d connector.
I just found it interesting. It's possible that a tank like the UD AGR could make a good donor project and be able to stay 510 with proper air flow. I'm considering spending $15 to get one to play with.
I sent UD (Youde tech) a message to ask them to produce a tank to use with Evod heads. Hopefully they say yes and start producing :)

Good thread! Oh Geez, there's another BCC?? Is it just me or is there an avalanche of these puppies coming out now? Should I buy the Vision one too?? I have the Viva BCC but it leaks like a .... (despite washing it out and drying, etc.), unlike my Ismoka Mega, which I love.
I'm going to TRY to rebuild the Viva head to see if that works. I've rebuilt ones for my T3 and my Protank, so this should be....cake!?

That's awesome! Any pics?

I snapped some shots.

Here's the 3 main parts:
Left 510 carto with threads cut off
Middle Evod head with rubber o-ring on bottom removed
Right 510-808d connector with center drilled out

I like the new T3S coils, but I don't think they're as good as the Evods.

Can you explain this? When the T3S heads came out I saw it as the opportunity to use one head in the T3S/evod/protank systems; it has been just that. I can't complain about a single thing, and can't note one difference from when I was using evod heads. Seamless transition IMO.

Looks great!

Thanks for the visuals bro.

Here are just a couple more - since it was working, I figured I'd make it work right and drill some air holes. Vapes like a champ now. I think I'm gonna need a 510-510 connector/extender to use this daily :)

Hopefully I’ve just been unlucky and jumped the gun with that comment. The coil I’ve been using the past few days has been working good, but the first two,,, not so much.

The first one wouldn’t make good contact with my batteries. I tried pulling the posts a little, but that didn’t work very well.

I got a lot of burnt tasting hits for the first few days I used my second coil. After that, it worked good for a few days, and then it died completely. I checked it with an ohm meter, and it had no continuity through the coil.

I don’t mean to sound like a complainer, but well, you asked. I haven’t given up on the T3S heads. I really like the T3 tanks, and I like being able to easily switch to an Evod tank using the same coil.

It's not complaining, it's sharing! Thanks for this, and sorry to hear about your bad coils. Maybe I have been the lucky one, but I'm using 1.8ohm T3S heads in 4 different kanger tanks right now (2 evods, 1 MT3S, 1 Protank, all with small evod top tubes). Thanks for sharing WorksForMe!

Bump. Is this a DCT tank? I have a few of those on the way and I might cut one up just to see if it would work. A cartotank with a bottom coil would be teh awesomes.
