How long did it take you to get your taste back after quitting analogs for good?

It didn't actually take that long for me. After just a couple of days analog free, things started to taste different. I recently discovered that the amounts of sugar I was adding to tea and coffee is too much now. Not such a bad trade off when you think about it!
I can't really say that I've noticed much difference in taste since I quite analogs 5 weeks ago. I did notice that my sense of smell has improved a lot. I noticed about a week after I quit that my nose was no longer dry all the time and this past week when I went outside after it rained I could smell the freshness of the damp grass and a million other little scents of outdoors. That's something that I hadn't realized I hadn't smelled for a really really long time !
My sense of taste started coming back after about a month, and is still getting better.
Two to three weeks and I suddenly could taste things again.

My smell and taste have not really changed but I am looking forward to it....
When I quit analogs the first time, about 6 years ago, I did not smoke for almost a year and I could never really notice a big change in smell or taste throughout that time. Maybe it is just me????

It took about 2 weeks before I really started noticing. I always order extra onions at subway. Well, it turns out I don't like onions nearly as obsessively as I thought I did. It was just the only thing that already had major taste ^_^
