So as Ive posted earlier My EGO-CE4 Knockoff is decent I guess? At this time I have banana flavor in my CE4 and I really dont taste it at all. I spell it all in my room but not so muck taste. I do have a little sore throat but my friends didnt taste much either.? Not sure what Liquid Im using either. Just wondering if this is how all of these vapers are or if mine is just faulty?

I find that I get the best flavor by drawing two slow hits into my mouth only and holding them for a second before inhaling. Good TH and good flavor. Drys my mouth out a bit if I chain vape though

If you're a relatively new vaper, you could just be going through what a lot of people do, where your tastebuds just go wonky for a while - being sick could also be doing it.

It also depends on the juice, and the kind of PV you're using, a more powerful device might be required to bring the flavor out, or it's just weak juice.

Lack of flavor could be a lot of things. It could be the juice for sure. Some juices develop better flavors if they are allowed to sit and age (or steep) for a week or so.

It could also be that you are using too high a resistance head for your battery. If it's a variable voltage type (with a dial at the bottom of the battery usually) you could try to turn it up a little bit to give you a little more flavor / vapor.

It could also be something as simple as what we call vapors tongue. This is just your body reacting to the new sensation of vaping. This pretty much happens to every new vapor (and some not so new too) where you lose the ability to taste almost any juice. Only way to through it is by drinking a lot of water - like more than you think you should. I still almost always have a drink of water around when I am vaping as it really does tend to dry you out a little. Some people say that eating something tart like lemons or spicy like a jalapeno or something can often wake their taste buds up and help them taste the juice.

Finally, although the CE4 works well mostly, you are probably not going to get a ton of flavor from it really. But you might want to give it a good clean before you refill it. Sometimes the coil will get gunked up with burnt juice. the video below will give you a lot of good info all about your CE clearo including how to clean and maintain it. Music is not the best, so hit mute if you like - but the info is very good !

Aaaaaaaagh that music is in my head

Lets call it 40$? lol

You could probably find a Twist-style battery that comes with one, like a EVOD kit, or a ProTank or Protank Mini and a twist-style battery.

If you want to go a little higher, the iTaste MVP 2 comes with an iClear clearo, which while aren't my favorite kind of clearo, would work fine - and the MVP is a must have mod.

Or this (this is a pretty good deal)
Kanger evod & Mini Protank II Kit

Are these all available on amazon? Thats where I like to do all of my shipping online ect.

They just got into that kind of thing, there's a few things worth buying:
Amazon.com: Joyetech e-Go-C Twist 1000 mAh Variable Volt Black (NEW): Everything Else

They have the same tanks you have now, which would work on the above, but you really need to upgrade to a Kanger tank or an EVOD or an iClear. There's plenty of reputable dealers online, or look for a local vendor, although they tend to be pricey.

As others have said you may just have vapors tongue. Everyone gets it. I've found one juice from a local B&M which hasn't lost its flavor yet (knock on wood) and consider myself lucky, but all the other ones I've tried have. One thing to consider is getting a carto tank for flavor and also for a hassle free vape. I recently (maybe 2 or 3 weeks) have switched to cartos and the tank system and it is like a night and day vape vs anything else I've tried.

Biggest flavor killer for noobs is high coil resistance/low available power.
i.e. Fixed ego type battery and 2.5-2.8 ohm coils.
Same coil on a VV battery can deliver much more flavor.
Same battery with a 1.8ohm coil can deliver much more flavor.

Also consider your E-liquid choice and brand. Some e-liquids are just not potent. Some suppliers do not use a lot of flavoring.

Inhaling/exhailing through the nose after the draw can increase perceived flavor.

I'd say it's the juice or a bum clearo. I've been getting the ego / ce4 clones on ebay and have no problem tasting my various flavors, all w/ varying throat-hits and characteristics. I keep every flavor in it's own clearo and I'm constantly swapping them which is nice. Out of about 8 clearos I've used so far, I had 1 bad 1. It was only hitting a tiny bit cuz the coil wasn't heating up. and I had to drain the juice out. Out of the others I rotate with, some do seem to hit better than others, but for the price point I can't complain. I'm new to vaping and satisfied at this point, although I do plan on upgrading to better gear eventually.
