I have one. I think my battery is .... because I can't get it to turn on, so I am just going to let it charge a bit more, see if it works if not hopefully they tell me I can open it and they will just send me a new battery because I really dont want to have to send it in and then wait. SN: 086

Cigtechs has identified the issue, Some orders were bubbled wrapped to tightly causing the firing button to be fired the whole time during shipping, this has damaged the battery and replacements can be mailed out .. contact chris@cigtechs.com if you have this issue and would like a replacement battery.

Man I've spoken with then twice and I'm still waiting "for a reply from the owner". I just sent a second email.

Performance: I used it all day yesterday at 22.2 watts on a .9 ohm coil and only drained the battery down to 3.7 volts. The vape is extremely consistent which is why I wanted it. I don't really know what else to say about it other than the consistency is what makes it better than my mech.
Te button is clicky enough for me.
The gravity sensor was a little tricky for me to fidure out at first. When adjusting wattage I still don't always get it to go to the adjustment part each time. I don't know how I've changed the wattage and not the presets but I've managed to do it eventually
Looks; I think it's sharp but it's basic. It's exactly what I wanted originally when I was looking for a box mod. My wants shifted to a dual 18650 but I'm happy with the way this one looks.

Durability: there are only two screws on the back. Honestly I wish there were 4. It was easier to get the 2 off to replace the battery, but I feel that 4 would be safer and be more likely to keep juice out of the compartment. I think there is a single air hole next to the charger. If that's not an airholes than I can't find any of them. I don't think that tatroe would make the mistake of not putting a vent option in this mod after the big nasty incident.
The inside of the mod itself: I've never seen inside a Hana but I assume there are wires like there are in this thing. I don't like how the wires are in there but it's the same thing as I've seen in every dna30 mod. This is the sx350 mod I've had the chance to see the inside of so I don't have anything to compare it to. The other mods I was dreaming about were the atb and axis mods. These mods have next to no wires in the compartment. They are both dual 18650 mods, but are about the same price range (250) and have none of the wires in there. Not really a fair comparison though. The battery was easy to change. It's a tiny Allen screw and I was really lucky to have one that small.

All in all it's a good mod (4stars for me). I think it's a little overpriced but I desperately wanted a box mod and it's sx350 was a really strong selling point for me. Do I need the digital screen and the chip? I realize now that I don't. I'm personally all about the consistency at 4.2 volts. Going over that is just a plus. With this ability I can keep my ohms higher than lower and still get the quality and style of vape I'm looking for. It fits perfectly in my hand ( just like my reo grand as it's just barely wider) and I love the placement of the 510 and the button. I used my reo when I was out and about and this thing is pretty close to the same feel, except it has the button where I always wanted it.

Oh man. Mine shipped after two days but I called them and asked what the time line was for shipping. He said they were looking to get them all out by the end of this week. If you're still waiting id call them In the morning. They told me they have to update each one individually to get them to do the 50w upgrade

Ordered one Wednesday. Waiting for shipping email. I'll report back when it gets here.

I ordered mine on a Friday and it shipped on a Monday. Hopefully you'll get yours today.

I'm personally loving mine more and more everyday. I'm broken hearted that I have to send it back today. Number 117 is an unlucky number for me I guess.

so it just got here about an hour ago. Fully charged battery. Flawless body, 510 connection, micro USB connection. Button is nice and clicky. So far all atties I've put on have been good as far as connection. I haven't been able to look inside yet. I'll have to find a small enough key to get in there. Nothing negative to report. So far so good. Works as intended.

Got mine back today. I'm not 100% but I think the 510 might be a little crooked. My serial number went down too which makes me wonder if it's a return.
That being said I missed it. This one came with a fully charged battery and the screen where it's supposed to be. Having it for the 4 days I did before completely spoiled me and I'm very happy to have it back.

I received my Atlas (#030) a couple of hours ago. It arrived in perfect condition and fully charged! It was obviously switched off before Cigtechs shipped it out. I ordered mine when they were first offered on June 26th but Cigtechs didn't send mine out right away. At first I was a little miffed that they didn't get it out quickly. I emailed them as to reason for the delay. They told me that they were just overwhelmed with orders and would get it to me asap. Now I'm glad they waited! So far it's been performing flawlessly. I'll have to put it through its paces for a while and see how it holds up. So far it's by far the most powerful device in my arsenal!
