An idea I got after a recent thread in the general vaping zone, I thought it would be fun to have a place where all the community's vaper's could post any tattoo's they have. If you felt so inclined, you could post the artist as well so that other vaper's close to you could have an idea of other artists in their area. (Just an idea)

DISCLAIMER: Please keep any bashing to yourselves. Tattoos are very personal things and this is a place for sharing, not shaming.

Some of my work (I'm on the road so there's a few pieces that I won't be able to post good pictures of till I'm back):

Family tattoo with my brothers, sister and mom:

Left thigh piece:

Both of these we're done by Kathleen Adlerz (now Kathleen McCulloch), a great friend of mine and owner of Workhorse Tattoos in Houston, Texas

The foot tattoo that may or may not be attached (I'm bad with phone posting) was done by another friend, Miranda Quinn at Sacred Heart Studios in Houston, Tx

I've got more that I'll post when I'm done traveling. Those are the only pictures I've got on my phone.

Show off your work!

I love tattoos! :w00t:

My left arm is a partial sleeve. Here is the upper. The lighting in my apartment is terrible so this is the best I can do selfie-wise.

Here is the rest of the lower. It wraps around at the wrist. Please excuse the photobomb :D

The most common question I get is what the significance of the time is. There is no significance there; I asked my artist to pick a random time. The whole tattoo is about the passing of time itself, the enduring nature of time, the inevitability of change, and survival with patience and strength.

This is my right forearm, bonus points if you can solve it!

All of the above are courtesy of Derek Davie at Anchors End, in a small town south of Buffalo. I feel the first photo shows off his best work. The whole partial sleeve was designed by him based on my ideas

I also have a tattoo on my right shoulderblade of my late dog's pawprint; she passed away in 2012. I don't have a pic of that handy.

That's all for now  will post more when I have more money to get more!

Edit: for some reason my photos almost always rotate when I post them here  I'll go back and fix it when I have time to. I have no idea why the one in the middle is upside down...

I've seen a similar equation when dealing with mortality rates. (Been a while, my memory may be flawed). Any correlation? I don't remember much about it, a friend was explaining it to me many moons back.

I've got about 5 other pieces I'll post once I'm back. My next piece is actually going to be done via electrocautery. Should be interesting.

Yes, it's the universal equation for exponential decay, so it has at least 20 or 30 practical applications :) the most well known one is half-life. So anything that can be modeled as exponential growth or decay uses this equation (for growth they take out the negative sign). I don't know what mortality rates you're referring to (there can be many complicating variables there), but I don't doubt this one was used as a model. :)
