Dig when the batts are low you'll notice the lights dim when you press the button. Fully charged batts should last you anywhere from 8 to 16 hours of vaping time, depending on your voltage and carto resistance.

Did you get more than 1 set of batts? Did you charge the batts before you used them?
Are you sure your carto / atty is making a connection? You might need to pry the carto pin (on the bottom of the carto) out a bit.
Make sure the screw in the bottom cap is snug, as well as the top cap.

Fresh charge, powerizers will run through about 6.5 ml of eliquid at about 8w (2.5 ohms, 4.5v).

Both blue and red led turn on when the button is pressed, and vapor output decreases sharply, when it is time to change batteries.

Blue light, no vapor = no contact on the atty or carto center contact, most likely, with less likely being that the hot lead inside is loose. Easy check is try a different carto or atty, or check with a volt meter.

Buzz pro 2 not firing. Batteries in no light, with carto on red light, pushing button blue light.

Using the Boge 3ohm cartos and tested them with another device they are working. Also tried a few other atomizers with no luck.
Removed top cap to check the connection, tightened screw going into the top cap. No visible signs of disconnected or broken wires.

Batteries were fully charged before use. Tried two separate sets. I don't currently have a working multimeter to test voltages.

Edit: Just to be thorough I went ahead and cleaned the cap and threads with rubbing alcohol.

yea, i gotta order another set of batts. when is notcig gonna have prepunched cartos? i bought the saddle valve, but its so hard to get the needle to the center of the carto. i tried the nail technique and it doesnt draw as well.. might be the way i nailed it. im now using the 3.0 cart with no tank.. and so far i like it, but im always afraid to burn it at 5.5v lol.

i actually got to see the red/blue light combo. pretty cool! i like the fact that the led is hidden well too.

Raster, sounds like your carto isn't making contact with the center screw in the top cap. Try prying the center pin in the bottom of your carto out just a tiny bit and let me know if that helps. Here's a pic (I have a Fusion in my hand) I use a finger nail file for leverage and just pry up each side of the pin.

Dig, Mike has said that he's not planning to carry pre punched cartos. Check out this thread bu Markfm. It works flawlessly! http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/pay-forward-pif/272989-diy-carto-punch.html

Someone should pick up the carto punch -- get the hubs and a box of the screws, pull the set screw, insert the 1/4-20, sell a hub/screw with spare screw and maybe a cheapie flat wrench as a tiny kit. Only a couple buck markup perhaps, but the stock doesn't take much space, saves people from going to two separate places to get the two parts (3 places if they don't have the flat wrench of the right size).

I spent about $20 on two failed saddle valve tries, so a one-shot at $10 - $12 that actually works consistently, complete with a spare screw, would be a win.

(I'm too lazy to be a supplier :) )

Sorry for not going thru every post first to find my answer, but:
e-power 14650. Have had it for little over a week. Sometimes when I go to vape, the light comes on and stays on for about 5 seconds and doesn't produce any vape. I've noticed that it does this when I don't have a carto connected. I've also noticed it will do this if any e-juice happens to drip onto the contact on the switch, and normally, cleaning it off with a paper towel or whatever will fix the issue. This morning I had this happen, cleaned the contact off several times including whiping off the threads and wiping the carto, plugged in 5 different cartos, and it wouldn't vape. :-/
So I stuck it in my pocket and left it alone for about an hour and it worked like nothing was ever wrong to begin with. What's the deal? Just want to make sure it's not my switch acting up while I can still replace it under warranty.

I was able to pry the center part out a bit and when attaching it to the device it gets pushed back in to the point the carto wont work on another device unless I pry it back out so it seems to be making contact.

Did it fire okay when you did the test with the carto that had the slightly pried out center post? If it did, I would just add a tiny spacer washer immediately under the top screw, which will permanently lift the center screw contact by the width of the washer. Either metal or plastic would be okay for the washer as long as it is right under the screw, and sitting on top of the little black insulator washer that should presently be there under the screw.

Naa it didn't fire at all. I also tried a 306LR atomizer on it which has a flat bottom instead of the concave design these cartos do and the atomizer wouldn't fire either.

I'm trying to track down the the missing lead to my old multimeter, but I haven't used it in 10 years so no clue where the it's hiding lol.
