I am not exactly sure what you are asking. I was talking about something called "lucid dreaming" where you learn how to plan and control your own dreams - it's cool but it's not that easy to do

I control my dreams almost all the time, but I asked if you can dream while you are dreaming in your sleep and controlling the same time your second dream.
you sleep and you dream. Can you see a dream inside your dream? Can you control it? I had dream in my dream but I cant control it, its impossible
