"VIP Admin" Group on Facebook - Please Read & Consider Joining

A few weeks ago, I organized a private group on Facebook called VIP Admin as a place for the people planning the monthly vape-meets to brainstorm, plan, and otherwise discuss the logistics of the meetups. Since we've had many people volunteering to get involved (Lindsay!) with the vape-meet organization, and also some concern from members who want to know what we're talking about in there, we've decided to open up this group to any member of Phoenix Vapors who would like to join us. You can brainstorm with us, you can volunteer to plan and organize events, or you can just lurk and read about what we're talking about.

This group isn't to talk about mods or liquids - just to plan the vapemeets. (don't worry, we will still announce our meetups here on ECF and on Facebook!) Please do remember that we are only a volunteer administrative group, and we're just trying to make the vapemeets a fun and enjoyable time for everyone. The scope of the administrative group is to come up with ideas and hash out specific details about these ideas before they are presented to the entire group for their approval. If you have any interest at all, I hope you will join us!

Oh and don't forget that the group welcomes ideas on what might make the group more fun, besides just meets. We've had a number of good ideas!
