Technical question

All the literature for PV generally say, "what you see when the person exhales is vapor, not smoke, that is made up of mostly water vapor."

So my question is; is it really water vapor? The main ingredient is PG and VG, neither of those are water. Is there something going on converting PG and VG to water vapor?

Sorry if I sound like an idiot, I just don't see where "water vapor" comes from.

PG is a humectant, so when you exhale it it takes the water out of the air - that's what you see. That's my understanding of what's going on there.

Takes it from YOU too thats why vapers need to stay uber-hydrated or you'll dry out like a prune.

Have you ever seen a fog machine? (a 'smoke machine'?) Those are basically the same thing.. they aren't really smoke, or else they wouldn't allow them into concerts, schools, etc. Well the PV works in a similar manner, with similar ingredients too.. except in ours, they also add "flavorings" (like you put in cookies, cakes, etc) and also in most cases "nicotine".
