I can think of one complication from vaping. It's that it dries out your mouth.
Which will mean more bacteria build up and possibly more staining etc. depending on what you eat and drink.
Chewing gum would probably solve this. It's the only way I can keep my mouth not dry.

Drink lots of water as this will also help keep you from becoming dehydrated. I have always drank the amount your suppose to drink but have found that I need to drink more than before. There is a thread on this, here in the forum too. Happy vaping!!

For those that have cut there cleaning to half or less you better think about that move, the main reason for dental cleanings is to remove plaque, not just make your teeth cleaner or whiter, Plaque of which gets down into the gums and can reach to the heart, so its best to keep your regular cleanings scheduled :) maybe you wont have to use as much whitener in the future but cleanings are still a necessity for sure.

I also went to the dentist after I started vaping for a cleaning. I'm vain about my teeth - she didn't notice the difference. But as I was leaving the office, she said she was "going out for a break". I knew what she meant. I asked her "are you a smoker" and her answer was "yes" (she was ashamed to admit it). I then said, you should try this - and showed her my e-cig. We got into a discussion about it - the juice, how it worked, did it work for me (yup, right away) and she would have never known I was a smoker from teeth staining.

Since that occurrence, I've gotten braces - they're called 'six month braces' - just one white wire and the white brackets. Mustard, red wine, spaghetti sauce stains the wire - even some chocolates - so I don't eat those things anymore :-( but in no way does the e-cig stain! The dentist that is servicing my braces has no idea I'm a vaporhead. My teeth are looking better every day and soon the braces will be off.
