Tekk mod?

I can't get to the Tekk mod page on COV, and electronicstix is sold out.

1) Anyone know a good place to find a well made Tekk mod?

2) Is this still the best option for a nice professional 5V mod with a built in USB port for charging?

I tried searching before I asked this but all I could find were old posts.
