If possible, I'd like some information about your quality control methods for V4L products. For instance:

- Does V4L use pharmaceutical grade nicotine?

- Does your supplier provide testing reports for each shipment?

- Do you have regular independent testing done of cartridges and Nobacco juice?

In terms of marketing, I believe that providing this type of information on your website would help to instill confidence in your products.

I presume that V4L makes no health claims, and I'm not asking you to.

However, I would appreciate knowing what controls are in place to ensure that the product contains PG, nicotine, and food grade flavoring and nothing else.

I hope this post is not seen as challenging. I am a current customer and I believe the V4L has to be healthier than analogs. On the other hand, I am inhaling this product into my lungs, and with a background in manufacturing I understand that a production process can get out of control, even when everyone only has the best intentions.

Hence the reason for my inquiry.

No edit function apparently?:(

If the specific items I mentioned are not available, of course I'd be interested in any information V4L can provide in the area of QA.
how about ALL the opnions and product testing done currently by V4L clients? we seem to be very satisfied with quality:D

As I said, I'm a customer. I've had no problems with quality. I understand the enthusiasm. I'm personally very excited that I've found a possibility to give up three packs of analogs a day for the majority of my life.

I do think it's fair to ask the question about a substance I'm inhaling into my lungs.

I'm not trying to rain on anyone's parade. I don't think my question is unreasonable.

How do I convince you of my intent.

:thumb:I like VFL! I really, really like VFL!:thumb:

<insert Sally Field gif>

However, it's still part of my nature to collect all relevant data possible.

Foggy,
I do understand your concerns about the quality of what you are getting, but this industry is unregulated at the moment. Probably the only companies you will be able to obtain information from as to ingredients, etc, would be a company that makes their own nicotine liquid.
Most vendors sell merchandise that is assembled and prefilled in China so they would have no first hand information to share with you. I am also unaware of any suppliers testing the merchandise they receive, but their could be some...I just don't know.
You could always go to the website of the manufacturer and ask these questions since they are the producers of the juice. Maybe they test each batch. Again, I don't know.
Sorry I couldn't help but welcome.
By the way, I think you need 15 posts before you can edit or have avatars.

I have had no problems with batteries, ect...

I will say tho, I had a few cartomizers that were EEEW! along with a bottle of juice that was really awefull.

I think some sort of quality control on cartomizers and juice should be done. Otherwise everything else imo is awesome.

Steve already has a "No questions asked" warranty in place which is better than ANY corporate warranty imo.

If you are listning Steve... Is there any way to make sure the cartomizers and juices are fresh and mixed correctly?

The same thing you are asking for doesn't even happen in the states.

I understand totally that this is not intended to be a demand. But more for understanding purpose.

But it would be like asking the USDA to actually inspect the beef plants more then once every 10 years. If they did then we would have a much less problem then the 70 million a year that get effected by E-coli. And the hundreds that die every year.

You can have product tested but that doesn't mean it would be the same the next batch.

The only thing that is tested per patch bases is health and beauty aids. But I could be wrong. But my research is limited to these products. As that is part of my home business.

Quality control lacks here in the states. Even more China. Its just something we have to suck up and understand.

Take the lettece and tomato problem we had not to long ago. Same thing. One patch is ok. Next one no so much.

So even with testing a sample. Could be just what we think is in it. But what is really in we can only guess.

I've worked in both food production plants and pharmaceutical plants and quality control is VERY high. Of course there are things that slip by but it is much more rare than you would think.

Producing the information requested would not be a difficult process if the manufacturing were in the states and covered under FDA as it will eventually be required when e-cigs are approved for use in the states.

I do NOT want to see them prohibited of course, but it makes sense to have the liquids we inhale properly tested and regulated for our safety.

Yes I am willing to buy these unregulated products because I truly do feel they are safer than analogs, and if there ever is a ban (oh please no!!) I'll be one of those ordering from China.

If you're confirming they're the manufacturer of the E-liquid, this is exactly the kind of information I was looking for:

Dekang E-liquid has been thoroughly tested and certified by SGS and Korean FDA to be safe. In addition, our subsidiary Shenzhen Boge Technolgy Co., Ltd, a manufacturer of electronic cigarettes and cartridges, complies to highest industrial safety standards including ISO9001:2008, ISO13485:2003. We are recognized by Canadian CMDCAS and our cartridges have passed German LFGB (Food and Feed Code) test.

Thank you very much!

LOL...Im just curious...have you submitted this same inquiry to Phillip Morris? As far as quality control, Im pretty sure that Steve vape's his own product...would that classify as quality control?

Phillip Morris's product will consistently kill ya with a wide variety of diseases...and they quality control their products on a regular basis.

While I appreciate your position, it really isn't a productive answer. Foggy wasn't asking about Phillip Morris.

I see no harm in asking Steve whats in our carts and whats in our juice. Yes we have a huge list of whats in Phillip Morris but truthfully we don't know too much about were vaping. Is China putting the same stuff in all the time or are they substituting Chemical Y for chemical X when they are short? is Chemical Y toxic? Its pretty well known that China has major problems with chemicals and they will skimp and/or lie a until several get sick or die. Just so I'm not talking out my ...., not too long ago a huge recall on toothpaste and baby formula. It was a year ago China had a huge toxic spill that went as far as Russia and they were still trying to cover it up after the media got a hold of what really happened. Yes and even here with "strick" rules and regulations we too have the same problem. So that just proves no matter where you are you will Always find someone or some company who either messes up or just doesn't really care.

I do not see any disrespect in asking hey whats really in this nor do I feel ANYONE should be offended by someone asking.
The part that Steve does it so it has to be good is pure BS. Steve use to smoke analogs, he knew they were bad for him but that didn't stop him from smoking them for years. Well now.. Steve smokes Kools so it has to be ok for me too then. I bet in Steves life hes skipped a breakfast and maybe even a lunch. How healthy is that? again just because Steve does isn't good enough for me. Sorry Steve but I would hope you agree with me on just this one point.

Again Sorry Steve I too have had questions about my liquids, such as are these safe or just safer then. They could be 100% save but I would still use mine even if its just safer. I mean no disrespect to Steve nor his product. I love my Vapor King, my kick ... carts and juices that I Only Get From Steve. It has been 32 days since I last used an analog and I have no plans on stopping what I'm doing. Sorry to everyone else too it may not sound like it here but I Pimp the **** out of Steve Everywhere I go... I have turned several people on to E-Cigs and only the VK ones but I'm not about to go around or start to saying its good for you because Steve does it nor would I give others a rash of crap because they want more information.

Oh and thanks Steve for the information it does make me feel better that it just isn't 比利 鲍步 all by his self with a bucket.
