Is temp control really worth investing in? I'm eyeing the sigelei 150watt at the moment... so I'm not sure if I should wait it out until the updated version releases or consider the new dna200 which is going to be released soon.

Temperature protection is a good system. If you set it up right you'll not get any burnt hits and the vape will be good. It's not fully plug and play, but nothing in vaping is.

I would not buy a DNA200 until they get the bugs worked out. In the meantime if you want to go temperature protected there are a bunch of alternatives that are pretty good out there that give you more than 40 watts.

Best of luck with whatever you decide to do :)

I've been looking at devices, SX Mini M Class for example. I know the Snow Wolf is out there too. I haven't bought into the Temp Control hype yet. I would buy one of these devices for kanthal then maybe experiment with Temp Control. No dry hits sure, but if you pay attention with dripping, you shouldn't get a dry hit anyways. You can taste it before it happens. Maybe if I quit being stubborn and paid for a device that could do it, maybe I'd like it nor sure.

As far as the dna200. I would 100% never want to be on the first round out of that one. As much problems that come up with first round devices. I'd wait that one out even after it was released.
