Temp control not warm enough?

In general I would say the vape is cooler, but usually it is warm to me depending on my settings. As a rule though, I would say it is cooler than with a Kanthal vape. The good thing about TC is that we keep the ejuice at a proper temperature where it won't product as much toxins due to excessive heat. A cooler vape may be the result of that cause.
I would try something else if possible. Subtank Mini, Lemo 2 and Delta 2 all work well in my experience if you like rebuildables.
What mod are you using, and what gauge ni200?
Check your connection, on my derringer 380-420F at 25.5w is warm enough.
IPv4 and 8 wraps on 28ga ni200 on a 8-32 screw came in at 0.093 ohms. I will say I jormally vape high wattage though. A high voltage tank at 70 watts at work and normally a mutation x v2 at home around 120 watts just so you guys are aware of what I'm comparing too.
Before this I used the derringer on unregulated parallel box mod with dual 26ga coils at 0.25 ohms
8 wraps of 28g on 8-32 should be 0.2ohm instead 0.093, this definitely coil connection issue. Try spaced coil if current build a contact coil.
If the iPV4 is anything like the SX Mini M Class (both use a YiHi chip but different), try to get a .065ohm coil. I do 6 wraps of 26g on a 3.5mm ID. 26g seems to work better for me on the SX Mini while 28g works better on my DNA 40 devices. Also make sure you are making a spaced coil and it must be evenly spaced. The connections must also be very tight. Don't use post holes, secure the connection directly under the screws.
8-32 screw not a 8/32 bit. Coil inner diameter is a little bit larger than 3mm. I know its not a connection issue I can leave it sit on my usa ohm meter and even try to wiggle the coil and don't get any ohm jumping.
From now on it's going to be important when talking about temperature for people to say what kind of device they are using. Temperature numbers are totally different from a DNA device to a Yihi device, to a Smok device.
what dr g said, also as an alternative you could try some Ti, but would suggest to "go to the Ti and safety thread and read-up"....personally what i have noticed is you get higher resistances w/Ti which to me seems like a better vape; might just be your ticket.

Unsurprisingly vaping with temp control at ~50w or less tends to run cooler than 120w without temp control.
