Hi i am pretty new to temp control vaping and i have seen that on my mod (iStick TC 100W) the build of parallel 316l ss spaced 0.2 ohm at around 255C is the same as a parrallel 316l ss 0.4 ohm non spaced at 130C.Is this normal or is it a problem with my mod. The results ar on a tcr value of 92. Sry for my bad english not the first language.
There is probably nothing wrong with your mod.

What is your watts setting?
100% vg,nic not a loat 40-50w 120 cool to warm 130 warm 145 to hot ,is bout 120C diference betewin builds
VG produces most of the visible vapor. There probably is a difference between the two builds and you can' tell the difference. If you never smoked why bother with the nic?

99.9% sure that the problem is with your build. 120°C shouldn't really produce any vapor at all. Contact coils are trickier to get to perform right so that's another clue.

Yeah sounds like a hot spot, make sure coils glow evenly from the center out when making contact coils. I prefer spaced anyways, getting dual contact coils to glow perfectly at the same time takes me to dang long. Ceramic tweezers in the mail should help speed it up.
