So I started running TC today with SS 28/36 spaced Clapton's at .30 ohms in my smok BB rba, proud of myself for the coil build.
The mod I'm using currently is a Aspire Zelos. Everything is fine and vape is smooth but I was curious about the readings the mod gives me.
I set my Temp and wattage. Ramp up is twice as fast as wattage mode. Loving this chip. Let's say I have it set at 380 fahrenheit and 42 watts. When I press the fire button it gives me a start reading of 87 degrees Fahrenheit than a few different reading lower than that less than 87 degrees. Always a tad lower 57 and up. When I lower or increase temp it always starts at 87 degrees and fluctuates to whatever while the fire button is pressed.
So is this 87 degrees some kind of actual reading of a pre heat built in and or is it an actual temperature of the vapers being atomized. I've read alot on TC, etc. Everyone seemed to say it was finicky, etc. Didn't know there was so much more advanced stuff inside the mod though. TC vs Wattage the ramp is almost zero on TC even at low temps.
