I recently got an ipv4 and wasn't getting good results as I had never worked w/ nickel wire BEFORE.While trolling the web I ran across a suggestion on twisting 28g kanthal w/ 28g nickel. It made all the Difference.Does any one have any advice on getting the most from t.c. devices ?

You could give Titanium a try, use grade one. I have nice results with 24ga, 6 wraps will give you right around .21Ω
