my buddy owns a machine shop and I thought about just getting the eVic control unit as you can buy them seperately without the tubes now and having him machine me a 304 SS tube and straight top peice for it (not slanted), he offered to do it bc i only use 18350 devices, still thinking about it but he wanted me to find more people who wanted the tubes.

kinda similar to this but w/out the markings on it, and in 18350 mode

Well moving slow today but o well I'm feeling better just a stiff . I think I'm getting old it just snuck up on me little at a time till its enough to be annoying . Ever go to bed feeling great to wake up feeling like you were at the gym all night?

I feel better i got plenty of rest, just sore is all .
I'm moving slow but moving
Can't complain at all in the big picture, I think today ill get some things done .
I think Later I'm going to sit back today for a few minutes ( wile Vaping maybe ) and reflect on really how lucky I am to have the people in my life I have.
Yea sappy but hey it always helps my day I'm a lucky fellow .feel free to Try it , it helps me to relax .

Ok got a couple done one stays in the raw the other gets stained and sealed with wax

top one all one inch it gets stained/sealed. The bottom has the E-Go holes and stays raw.

TF, how long has this sleep thing been going on?

The reason I am curious is that is sounds like Apnea symptoms.

I started feeling like I worked all night and was tired all the time, now I am on a apnea machine at night.
I sleep so much better.

I sleep good when I can stop thinking and sleep, but for a long time realy.
I just found out I get to replace a small blower motor on my furnace. Ill take it out in a few min. I'm hopping it just needs a good cleaning it full of dust but I imagine it needs replaced looks easy only 3 bolts. But I have been fooled before

Don I hope you to get better sleep. As I am battling with it also. I refuse meds so it is very difficult to turn off my brain. I wake up thinking and it occaisionally gets to be too much.
I do deep breathing excersises and try to tell myself there is nothing I can do about the stuff I think about.
After my ordeal the doctors have done several sleep studies and are baffled that I wont take meds.
I usually just wait till Im exhausted, drop and get a few hours.

Yep I pretty much do the same,
I have a window that I'm tired if I miss it o well I can't sleep at all. Some call it a second wind I call it, well something else
At least I got the furnace working again , so I'm relaxing having a Vape then a shower.

Edit : yea I was wrong about the 3 bolts those then about 7 more then some ductwork
It looked simple when I started taking it all off. I have learned from my past mistakes. I have a cell phone, it has a camera. Use it so you remember where everything goes .
