So! First stand arrived today and expectations were high. TF, you knocked it outta the park! This thing is FANTASTIC. Wife LOVES it. It looks great and holds her things perfectly. And she has room for more.

Few quick points:

1) It was packed up to survive a nuclear blast. A good thing, given how items can get banged up in shipping.

2) Lil sucker has some weight to it! And it just feels so solid.

3) If anyone ever says the prices are too high, tell them to go jump in a lake. Maybe they would be happier with a 20 dollar one made of plastic/particle board/plywood that will fall apart in a month and does not have nearly the same amount of functionality.

Here are a couple of pics. Forgive the quality, I am not a photographer and this was taken quickly on an iPhone :p

I'm glad I didn't put you in the dog house :)
You are too kind, I always do my best and I'm proud of each one or it wouldn't leave here.
Thanks so much for the pictures, I appreciate it. Its really my favorite part. Your other one and the one for BKjeeper
Should ship out Monday as long as nothing major happens :)

You don't realize from the pics, just how heavy and solid they are, right? It's always somewhat of a surprise, even though you've basically designed it yourself.

BTW, I really like yours, very clean lines :)

And the single!! You'll be amazed at how much use that gets. :)

You are so right about that! It is already in use in the living room.

This all really made her day. A petal broke off on her new fancy glass tip and she was all bummed out.... until she opened the package from TF. Then it was nothing but grins :)

Their is my friend :)
Yours just has a few extra steps, but we will get their I'm going to try and get the pieces into plainer and squared pieces this weekend :).
I need to go to the wood store tomorrow or Sunday I hate doing that, always cost more than I like. But I need sandpaper, sanding belt , bits again, and of course wood. I think I got my tool purchases done for a while, well maybe a new routing table. Dang it now I want a new routing table LOL. I need one anyway, the router on my table now the bearings are getting loud its just a matter of time.
Well everything is sanded and ready for stain but the can is a little low. I like to use from the same can to do the whole stand. It can be just different enough to make a difference if two cans are used on the same piece.

Holding off I might just try to buy some sort of plate to mark them . Sticker shock and the salesman got kinda pushy one day what I wanted would do it fine then he kept trying to up grade it and basically said if I only spent the $250 I woul later have to spend another 100 to get good results. Made me kinda mad I couldn't trust him I guess so o well. :) thanks for all your help though. Can your fiend do a plate of some sort. Heck I might just pickup a smiley face LOL

Don, No smiley face.
If you do something like that you need to do a dancing banana shape :)
We all know you love them, and I don't know about everyone else but everytime I see one, I smile and think of you
