And I was trying to arrange some stuff, its time to move some of it along, at least find a shoe box to store the backup's backup.
Here is a pic just playing and showing the inside of one of the Jimmy Jack boxes. I mean how many vv mods does one need I have 6 and 1 pipe and I think that's too much. What numbers do you guys have maybe I don't have too many?

If you use everything, it's not too much. If you don't use everything, then you can start figuring out what's "too much," but if nothing is "sitting in a drawer" then it's not too much yet :)

Okay - Just a picture of "Uncle" and Both "Nephews" with most of "My" batteries, PV, APV, Box mod ("Uncle2"), etc . . . BTW: Half of these I don't even use yet, since I live in Florida some are backups for backups . . . Just Sayin' . . .;)

I can remember you saying all you had were the 808 cigalikes (and maybe an ego). So are you "moving up" in the vaping world, or just finding out all the hype is hokum and you're happy with the 808's?

HA - "My" Friend - your memory is stuck in the past . . . ;)

But - Yes . . . There was a time I only had KR808's and a couple of "eGo" batteries (which I didn't like at all and have since been PIF) - and I am happy with the KR808 and still do use them mostly, especially when I am out and about or traveling . . .

AND - While "You" Sir are correct again :thumb: and I do agree with you that most of the "hype is hokum" about a lot of the eCig "Stuff" out there - I am also finding out that I do like using some of these other mods that I Won in Contest . . .

 I Know - I Know . . . I'm Addicted to CONTEST . . .

ALSO - given the "hype" - since I cannot just go and purchase "STUFF" (especially each time there is the new and improved version given "My" finances) I been entering these contest to see if something else will work better then what I have, especially to hit that "sweet spot" so many people talk about and that maybe I can quit smoking analogs . . .

The worst thing is - after I have gotten some of the "stuff" I have (and or had since I have PIF it to others) I find it difficult to use some of them ("My" Learning curve is really bad at times) . . . Sometimes I get easily confused and even scared about what to do with what and when . . . Voltage - Wattage . . . Set this one here - Set that one there . . . Double check - get meter . . . Watch out ! ! ! Need different battery - Nope wrong way . . . Need "Circuit breaker" with that one . . . Too Low Ohm atty - Too High atty . . . Can't use that with this or this with that . . . Or that there are some major problems with them . . . Like there are with the Clearomizers I had leaking/cracking if you use menthols/Cinnamon "eJuice" (which I do) . . . Already had nicotine poisoning from accidentally not using a "Drip atty & Tip" properly - NOT NICE ! ! !

Hey Listen, I could go on but what the hey you get the point . . . BTW: I started this "Transition into the Vaping World" thinking that it would be just as simple and easy as walking into a store and buying a pack of cigarettes (and to be perfectly honest - I am still hoping it will be soon and I can eventually do so) . . . But until it is that way - I will try whatever I can find to assist "Me" with this addiction . . . More importantly, although I didn't start this or even consider I would quite smoking - I do now . . .

NOW - if I could only find the ADV and "Flavor" that I have been looking for . . . Thankfully an ECF Friend who does DIY is working with "Me" and is determined to make "Uncle's True Menthol Tobacco" for 'ME" . . . :D

OH and Just as an FYI . . . You can blame this all on "thehungdude" - who took "My" VV Mod Virginity away in the contest he had in "Our" Friend "Rip's" thread about a year ago and I WON a VTube from him (Still trying to learn how to use this without it shutting off) . . . AND - Then I WON the GLV (for "My" Birthday last year), but sadly didn't get it for a few months . . . While I was waiting for it's arrival - I then Won the VZ Tube & The Apollo SS VTube which I have yet to use . . . OH yea there is "The Bolt" I got as a raffle prize at a "Vape Meet" and a "pipe- bowl" (I Won that I PIF'd - Not a pipe person) . . . THEN I purchased the "eVic" about a month ago with the help of "Secret Santa's" gift certificates I got from a couple of ECF Friends . . . So I think I am set for equipment and still "HAPPY" :) using those KR808's . . .

(Bet Ya' DIdn't expect that detailed or long of an answer - Did Ya' . . .;))

I know better than to expect any particular kind of answer from you. We are very much alike in that respect :)

And from what I've seen, I think the eVic may be your "easy vape" once you have it all set up. If it's already on firmware 1.2 then all you have to do is figure out the wattage you like and then it won't matter from atty to atty or battery to battery--it'll always be the same. Of course getting that initial set-up may be a bit tricky, but once I have one I'll be happy to help you get there :)

Happy day all!

Went to a vape meet last night, met some nice people. Showed pics of TF stuff, everyone REALLY liked them.

Still have our house guest here, hopefully tomorrow the shelter can get ahold of his owner.

He still likes to get "friendly" with your leg if he gets too excited.

Since we do not know his name I have been calling him..... Humperdinck.

Well I'm trying 100% cotton yarn boiled it wicks well , no burning. I'm seeing if it breaks in some but the flavor is getting better with use.
I'm also trying butchers twine boiled, flavor is getting better. No burning , I don't think its wicking as well as the yarn. Ill post more as I give them a fair chance.

Ya' THINK . . . ;) AND - Probably WHY "WE" like each other too . . .:D

THANKS - "My" Friend  . . . I may just take you up on that offer once I get "MYSELF" orientated to running the thing properly . . . It has been a little tricky to get "Stuff" set and then stay the way I want it with the "control ring" being so easy to manipulate except where you want it to go . . . Oh BTW: The Vendor was kind enough to update the firmware to 1.2 version before he sent the "eVic" to "Me" . . . Just still in the "testing" mode and reading the directions . . . :D

Well had to clean the garage so I could move around :). I did a couple of these for a member, I have one other ready to go out $20 shipped
I have to charge more than I have in the past. Its just not worth the hassle for less. I could do 2 for $30 shipped, but I have to make the other. ( you have to glue the top to the base ) I use superglue on mine, these are almost a must have :) I wouldn't want to be without one now.

Then you'll probably have it all figured out by the time I get mine. It's coming as a sample to a vendor who's thinking about carrying them and wants me to check it out and evaluate it, so I really have no idea when I'll have it. May end up breaking down and trading or buying a used one before it makes it

Good day Everyone :)
Uncle...If I can figure mine out, I know you will have no problems...Just saying....;)

I woke up this morning and ran to the local Vape shop.
I paid way to much for a battery for the Vamo Larzis gifted me :)
I just couldn't wait any longer.

I really like the Vamo, it hits very well and much better than the eVic IMO.
I have decided you use the evic for my backup and the Vamo for my regular mod.

Larzis, again I cant Thank you enough, My life is and will be so much easier now that I have 2 PVs again.
It was hard to not have a backup.

Eventually I will be able to build up a couple more.
I am going to get a twist for driving and errand running eventually.
I do love my VV's.

I cant believe my first 2 died so fast.
5 months for 1 and 5 1/2 for the other. I don't think that is normal, of course they were my first and I was an extremely heavy vaporer at first.

Today is my 6 month Vapaverssary!!
I can't believe it.

You all have a good day :)
Huggles!

Hey TF! I've been experimenting with cheese cloth and steel mesh for my dripping atty. The cheese cloth is food grade and I'm not oxidizing my mesh so no problem there. The mesh keeps the cotton from burning, and I think it would help with any fibers, not that I think cotton fibers are that prevalent in vapor:

No break in, it tasted great right off the bat. Lots of vapor as well. Probably have to redo these more often, but I'm hooked. Trying to figure out the best way to do one on an RBA tank.
